The apartment was stunning, modern clean and very well equipped .

The location was perfect the apartment was spacious . Chantelle was lovely nothing too much trouble ,she even messaged to check we were ok and enjoying our stay which I appreciated

Chantelle was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and spotless. The apartment is very well equipped for cooking yourself and the coffee machine, prosecco, biscuits was a nice touch. There's no parking right outside but we manage to find at spot on Barrister Street. Location perfect, right in centre of town with lots of bars and cafes.

It was all perfect. Spotlessly clean, lovely, modern furniture, kitchen and fittings. Spacious bathroom with bath and shower. The TV had many channels , with access to Netflix, Prime etc. Lovely touches from Chantelle, the host, prosecco, biscuits, porridge and she was lovely and very helpful. It is in a prime spot to browse, eat and drink in Lytham centre- would highly recommend.

My third visit. Exceptional accommodation with 2 lovely bedrooms and beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Excellent kitchen facilities and comfortable lounge area with 2 sofas arranged around the TV. Many great shops, restaurants and bars within 5 minute walk and just a short stroll to the sea front. Highly recommended.

There is really nothing not to like. I'm sure the property will meet all expectations.

Stayed as a family of 4 and Apartment is very well presented and equipped with everything you could need with nice touches as extras. Chantelle was on hand for check in and checked everything was OK throughout our stay. On street parking is available as well as pay and display car park just down the road (always found on street parking available a short walk away.) Located on the High Street above a row of shops, but no issues with noise as others have mentioned. Lytham has a really good mix of shops, coffee shops, and restaurants - Railway station a 5 minute walk A great place to stay!

Great friendly host who let us arrive at the property a few hours earlier which meant we could make the most of our afternoon in Lytham. Excellent location. Bottle of fizz in the fridge.

Having travelled round many counties watching our grandson play cricket we both agree apartment 33 was by far the best we have stayed at The apartment was way beyond our expectations , the owners were very hands on and a pleasure to deal with nothing too much trouble

Nothing except something it couldn’t help, the parking restrictions on the street. if we had left the car in the council car park 5 minutes away it is pay and display,about £10 per day. But walk a little further and there was free on street parking.

The apartment is in a great location so nice to be able to walk to the restaurants, shops etc... So much bigger & better than the photos. The owner really cares about the apartment and you enjoy your stay. Met on arrival and shown round the apartment, everything explained. Lovely bottle of prosecco chilling in the fridge. Spotless and such comfortable beds & sofas. Lovely large kitchen. We will definitely stay here again.
