My recent stay at an OYO room was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was going to be a less-than-pleasant experience. Booking through the OYO website seemed straightforward enough, but upon arriving at the hotel, we were met with the shocking news that there were no available rooms, despite our reservation. The reason provided? We were two ladies traveling together. After a heated argument with the hotel's front desk and escalating the matter to OYO directly, we were begrudgingly given a room. However, the ordeal was far from over. Upon entering the room, any hope of salvaging the experience vanished instantly. The state of cleanliness was appalling; the bed sheets and pillowcases were visibly stained, and the room itself was in a state of disarray, with unwelcome guests in the form of roaches. To top it off, the promised amenities, such as the television, were non-functional. Despite repeatedly requesting clean sheets, our pleas fell on deaf ears, and no action was taken to rectify the situation. This lack of response and basic hygiene standards is inexcusable. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend this particular OYO room to anyone. The combination of unprofessionalism, uncleanliness, and disregard for customer satisfaction makes it an experience I would rather forget. OYO has undoubtedly failed to live up to its reputation, and I urge others to look elsewhere for their accommodation.

The place is classy, and the rooms are designed for a relaxing time. I was on my vacation with my family, stay here. Everyone enjoyed the place.
