The apartment was perfect! Great balcony with big sliding doors so you can listen to the waves. The beach was not too crowded and the water was great, tiny waves, very beautiful. The apartment had a nice shower and kitchen, ac worked well. Safe neighborhood and a few places to walk to. I hope to get there again soon!

I went on a solo birthday trip for the first time ever to Puerto Rico. Super close to the airport. Puerto Rico was great and this property was just what I needed. It was so cozy and simple. I felt safe and it's gated. I only had to contact the owner about 1 question I had and he was polite and helpful. No noise whatsoever and literally right on the beach. The pictures are accurate. I would have breakfast on the balcony or fall asleep to the sound of the waves. There are lots of places within walking distance. However, remember that you are in Isla Verde, about 15-20 mins from San Juan where it's more tourists or the main spots so if you have any excursions that will do pick up/drop off, you may be out of the area and have to Uber to a qualified hotel spot, which i had to do and it was fine.Couple of things was the water from the bathroom sink was about room temp and didn't get hot but the shower absolutely does. Also bring face towels as I didn't find any. Anything else you need is all there! This is definitely the place to stay in Puerto Rico.

The condo building is right on the beach and the unit is very clean. We had everything we needed and the owner was always very prompt to respond when we had a question. Would recommend this to friends and family!

Everything was perfect!

Getting into the condo process was challenging with three keys for different doors and the elevator after traveling for 12 hours. After a few days we became a pros at juggling the keys. Had two air conditioners and two ceiling fans which was very appreciated in 90 degree weather. If you open a door or window, the sounds of the ocean were awesome! Parked our rental car on the street and didn’t have a problem finding a place not far away. Communication was fast and friendly. Five stars!! Bed very comfortable! Great location!!!

This was my first time in Puerto Rico and the apartment and trip were overall amazing! The check-in was so easy and I felt incredibly safe the entire time. The view and the sound of the water were so soothing! The apartment itself has everything that you need! Added bonus for the beach chairs and towels available to use. There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance and Eraclio and Glenda provided excellent information and recommendations. I cannot wait to come and visit! Thank you for such a wonderful, safe visit!!!

We stayed in this wonderful condo during the hottest week of the year. It has a wonderful view of the ocean, beach access, and is close to lots of resturants. They have 2 ac units that kept us nice and comfortable as well as a full kitchen. During our stay we had 2 power outages to most of Isla Verde, not at the fault of the hosts, it was the record beeaking temperatures. They were very responsive and attempted to assist our needs during the outages. We had a wonderful visit and cannot wait to come back!

The property was just as listed. We had everything we needed plus a few extras that we forgot. The view, the view, the view is EVERYTHING!!! Woke up to the sunrise everyday and went to sleep to ocean waves. What more can anyone ask for. Definitely a 10 out of 10

This property was amazing. As a solo traveler I felt safe (you need keys to go in and out of literally every entrance) and the neighbors in the apartment building are very nice. The property owners provide great detail, communication and amenities - everything you might need for the beach can be found inside. The view from the balcony is spectacular at sunrise and sunset, be advised it gets dark very early (6:30-7pm EST) there. Uber is plentiful in the area, you can get to Old San Juan in less than 20 minutes.

Our stay was magical we had an amazing time! The property is so close to food clubs and the beach from the balcony is more breathtaking in person . We would definitely stay again ! The only issue we came across for our stay was the air conditioning unit but I contacted the host and they got it together for us . Absolutely book this place

This condominium was a dream! This was our first vacation since the pandemic, and for our small family this condo was the ideal setup and location. The condo is small but worked well for our family of 3. It was nice to have breakfast food, snacks, and drinks on hand. Sleeping accommodations were great, as well. The beach is directly behind the property, and we fell asleep to and awoke to the sound of the waves coming in. We spent a few days on this beach, and we seriously had to drag our daughter out at the end of each day. Walking distance to some decent restaurants, car rental, etc. Check-in was a breeze, as the keys were in a lock box, and Eraclio clearly detailed all check-in details, etc. We ended up renting a car, and we will definitely have one the entire trip next time. (There will definitely be a next time!) Highly recommend going to Playa Piñones. We spent Thanksgiving day there and found a lovely little "pool" created by the rocks, which allowed our six-year old to make friends and play freely in the water. We also enjoyed beers and frituras. Such a treat! Another must-do day trip is Playa Luquillo. It is a beautiful beach with remarkably calm water. If you've never been to Old San Juan, it is well worth the trip, as well. Check out was a snap, as well. Again, Eraclio made that a super easy process, minus the fact that we had to head back to cold Chicago. Thanks for everything!

Our stay was great. Wonderful location. Host was easily available and friendly provided suggestions to visit the area regarding site seeing and restaurants. We definitely will return and certainly recommend to friends and family. Great security to and around the property.

The property was amazing. We could hear the ocean from every room. So peaceful and relaxing. Excellent location. everything you need is within walking distance, 10 minutes or less.

This apartment was everything I wanted. It is perfectly located, The view was incredible. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. I would definitely recommend this place! The location is amazing. The property manager is very helpful and kind. It was very clean and stocked with pretty much everything we needed! The grocery store is 3 blocks away and airport is about 10 min away. My friends and I were very pleased and would stay here again!
