My only complaint is that we had a broken toilet seat, the owner said someone would come out to fix it but no one ever came. No big deal I would stay here again EASILY

This property was perfect for our group of 18 friends and family. 7 full bedrooms and ample space dor everone to relax, chill, eat and have fun in the super private awesome outdoor areas. Best South Florida value for large groups. Will stay here again!

Pool and back yard are wonderful, but the house has suffered from deferred maintenance. Furniture is wearing out, dishwasher was broken, washing machine’s electronics are failing, fans and room AC’s function to varying degrees (none at 100%). Location is nice and house is very roomy.

The main AC didn't work well. And the window units barely kept the house comfortably. Tried yo get property manager to get someone out to look at ac but they said it would be hard to do because it was a holiday weekend. Not a $1000 per night property!!! Front door wouldn't latch unless deadbolt was engaged. The dishwasher was in pieces and not functional. One bathroom shower had no cold water. Be careful not to get scalded and bathroom on opposite side of house barely had hot water. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

Had an awesome vacation. The house was perfect No complaints. Had anything you would need. The grandkids loved the swimming pool.The yard was great for my 3 yorkie babies. Thanks for sharing your home with my family

We were celebrating a family member's graduation. It was great to have everyone in one place. We enjoyed the property, wish it could have been longer!

My friends and I come together from across the country and take one big trip annually. We needed a space that we could all enjoy comfortably. This was the perfect spot. I have nothing negative to say, literally. I’m thankful for the owner for keeping the lines of communication open. I hope others have this same great experience.

Good location, and amenities for the price.We spent little time at home but we had loads of fun.

Pro’s - Taylor is very easy to communicate with. He answered all my questions quickly. He let us check in early. Pool and hot tub were clean. Con’s - the pictures of the house must be very old. The indoor and outdoor furniture is not the same in the pictures. It looks newly updated in the pics but is very old. No hot water in one showers, toilet seat broken, beds were old and uncomfortable. The drawers in one of the bathrooms were broken. There are only air conditioning units in the bedrooms but not the main area. It was not what we thought but despite that we had a good time.

We arrived at the property before check-in time. Taylor allowed us to hang out out back until the house was ready which was very accommodating because we didn’t have a rental car to go anywhere else. Once we got into the house we realized it wasn’t as nice as it looked…the pictures look nothing like what you are getting. The furniture isn’t what it looks like, no decorative mats, towels or shower curtains. The only bath towels provided were left over beach towels that people forgot to take. The breaker had tripped on one side of the house so the window ac units weren’t working and it was very hot. The thermostat read 80 but we figured it was from the cleaning lady coming in and out. The entire stay, the ac never got cooler than 78 even with the window units running. The pool was dirty and cloudy and I never heard a pump kick on but 1 time in our 5 day stay. I messaged Taylor about that immediately. He said pool people come on Monday and Thursday so they would be there the following morning. After being out by the pool on the first day, we came in to find ants all over the kitchen. Once again I called Taylor and he said someone would also be there in the morning to spray for bugs. The next morning we woke up to a horrific smell, like plastic was burning. We found a very old hot water heater leaking and smoking. I called again to let him know. That was replaced 2 days later. The house slept 14 in bedrooms, anymore slept on the couches. The beds were not very comfy and had random mismatched sheets and comforters. The pillows were pretty much non existent. Taylor was not so great to communicate with..when we spoke at one point he said “You’re not staying in a 5 star hotel, there are going to be ants!” And “A normal temperature of a house in FL is 78 degrees” He was not very customer friendly. His son on the other hand, showed up to do his dirty work and was very nice. He even brought a couple bags of ice because the ice machine was broken on the fridge. Never once did Taylor show up. This place was not worth the money we spent but we made the best of it!

Overall we enjoyed our trip, but the backyard makes this property. The neighborhood is a older and little run down. The house is great for big group as the rooms are all spread out. Two friges is huge with size of group. We had 14 total.

Our trip was for about 15 girl cousins ages 30 and up. The house itself and the location of the house is in a older neighborhood and very quiet so don't expect to be making any loud noises at night. The lights turn off at 10 p.m. and you're expected to be out of the pool at that time. The house is large and will accommodate a larger group but if you are into Aesthetics then you will be disappointed. There are satisfactory supplies to cook with and descent appliances. The overall temperature of the house stays around 78 no matter what with window units in each bedroom. I had no problems with the owner and did not really need to speak with him as everything was okay. I would recommend this house if you are looking for a nice big house inside but are not too concerned with older homes and an older style pool then it's a nice house but if you like things to be updated and in a more modern community then I would say this is not for you.

My friends and I had a great week here. Without breaking the bank we had a clean and fun house with lots of bedrooms! It served its purpose for us, and the backyard was especially great. Everything we needed was provided, and both the owner and his son were helpful and had good communication. I would stay here again for sure!!

This property definitely wasn't what the pictures on VRBO depicted!!! The property was very dirty. Trash through out the yard(used mask, broken glass, baby pacifier, cans etc..). Most of the lights didn't work or didn't have bulbs. No warm water in one of the showers, very loud furnace, broken blinds in most of the rooms. Had a broken toilet seat for 6 of the 7 days even though we told maintenance on the second day. I will say that even though our refrigerator didn't work for the first 2 days, the owner did bring a replacement on the third day. The pool is probably the only saving grace for this place. Definitely wouldn't recommend!!!!

This place was amazing. It has all you need to enjoy your stay. The pool and jacuzzi was a plus. Not to mention having multiple bathrooms made everything better. I love that there is a door by every room that leads outside..I will be returning soon. Taylor was a great host and very responsive when making inquiries
