Good location, staff were lovely and the bed was comfortable.

Bathroom wasn’t of great standard, they didn’t utilise the small space very efficiently.

This hotel is very close to King's Cross Station, making it perfect for those who need to travel to other cities by train. The location deserves full marks, and I really liked the staff who communicated well, were helpful, and answered our questions quickly and efficiently. Impressive.

This hotel doesn't have an elevator, so anyone staying on a floor that requires using the stairs might have to carry their luggage, which can be a bit tiring. However, we understand that it's due to the old building structure, so we weren't too bothered by it.

Très bon emplacement mais salle de bain et wc vétustes rapport qualité prix ! Tasses dépareillées , fourmis ... Pas de petit déjeuner compris dans le prix .

- freundliches Personal - Möglichkeit, das Gepäck zu deponieren (haben wir nicht genutzt) - überraschend ruhig (Fenster nach hinten raus) - Tea-&Coffe-making-facilities auf dem Zimmer - insgesamt eine für London sehr ordentliche Zimmer- und Badezimmergröße - aber halt recht einfach - die Nähe zu den Bahnhöfen King's Cross, St. Pancras International und Euston

Friendly staff, room was very clean, choice of restaurants nearby and so close to the station. The room was in the basement but I didn't find the rumbles from the underground disturbing.

The twin room was small (as you can see in the pictures) but big enough for two adults.

Great location St Pancras. Very clean and well maintained. Staff very pleasant.

No lift.
