Beautiful stay. Once of the nicest places I've stayed at. Really friendly atmosphere . Would not hesitate to recommend a stay here

Beautiful guest house, the room was lovely, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was excellent. Whole place was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The staff and owner were really great and so friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay again.

Lovely cosy room, well presented, clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Very pleasant owner. Very good cooked breakfast. Lovely toiletries provided.
Would have liked bit more choice at breakfast eg croissants or grapefruit. Everything else was perfect.

Excellent choices of breakfast that you pre ordered the night before . Time slots between 8-10am where available. Beautiful fresh and clean deco. 10 minutes walk to Llandudno pier and shops. We couldn’t have stayed in a nicer accommodation. Kay and Rich are a very warm and pleasant couple. Will be back in a few months . Thankyou so much Kay and Rich 👏👏👏😘

Spotlessly clean room, super breakfast, accommodating staff, good location, contemporary style of the room.
Some noise from the room below (just tv & talking so nothing major but rooms could benefit from sound proofing)

Breakfast was cooked to order, so it was fresh and hot.
Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Great places to eat nearby.
WiFi was down during our stay but this was an area problem not an isolated issue at the guesthouse so nothing they could have done to resolve.

Having to go home , the weather but it was better than back home,

The breakfast was excellent and set me up for the day.
The room was clean, neat and satisfied all my needs. The location was ideal both for use of local facilities and as a venue for travel along the coast
Perhaps there could have been extra blankets available to ensure warmth at a cold time of year
