As we approached the lobby area, the steench of mole was very high. Gladly the rooms didn't have the scent. In one of the rooms, the bed was too low and a bit hard. The mattress seemed very dirty under the sheets. No one told us we couldn't take food and drinks to the pool. Pool was a bit dirty with bird feathers. There was a quite time of 10pm to 8am but staff came to our room saying that a complaint was made about noise when it was 9pm. Staff was very rude when tried to get towels to use at the pool. Towels given to use were torn. Menu stated that the price for a beer was 30pesos but they charged us double the price and stated that the beer was imported. It's very unfortunate that all this happened in just one overnight stay. Unfortunately we didn't take pictures but feel free to take a risk.

The staff was not welcoming and friendly. The room initially offered was unprepared for our arrival - dirty sheets and towels on the floor from previous customer. On reporting this we got a replacement room. The following day we were locked out of our room before the official departure time and there was no apology from staff. They seemed too occupied to engage with us.

First off we didn't even stay there we canceled our reservation and stayed some where else.they need to remove those pictures off their website the rooms we saw looked nothing like those on the their website.

The rooms were unclean we saw like four rooms and none of them was clean..they were bugs and the sheets on the bed was not clean. I would not advice no one stay here....they need to do a better jobs with these rooms for the high price that they are charging.

I’ve stayed there before and was treated better

i booked the family room but unfortunately one of my family members was denied entry into Mexico so all tree of them went back to Belize so I was alone and asked the hotel to help me because I’m alone in a family room. they denied changing my room saying there are no more room. soon after I got my friend that was waiting for me in the car to go have dinner come in and book a room for himself and got it just that he was just testing them and canceled the room. so they refused to help me out! that’s bad for business. I would like a partial refund please im a loyal customer and travel as frequently as I could.
