We are so very thankful for the wonderful people working at the hotel. They made us feel like family. Special thank you to Julia, Gennaro, Carmen, and Mario. a little walk from the marina

Was a lovely and beautiful traditional hotel. Great location, views, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff with beautiful rooms. Well appointed gym. Very helpful with collecting our luggage and organising our transfers. Talked with many other guests who come back every year to stay for weeks at a time. Very welcoming and old charm hospitality. Would definitely stay again.

Cleanness of the room

The hotel is well located with easy access to all the restaurants, sightseeing spots and shops. It had a great view of the sea and nearby rocky part of the island. We got updated to a nice suite with a big terrace of the sea view. Taking care of our luggage from and to the ferry port is a plus. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the wait staff at breakfast and lunch. They were genuinely kind, professional and efficient. For a 5-star property with mostly American guests, I found this especially nice. Overall it’s a great stay.

Everything was nice

The staff was exceptional, very attentive, friendly and helpful. Also, the quality of the food at lunch was very good. The spaghetti alle vongole were fantastic. We loved the location with the beautiful terrace.

The pool is a bit tiny. Also, it was too bad that they didn’t serve dinner at the pool restaurant.

Congratulations to the management who have struck the perfect balance between luxury and simplicity, a high level of service and privacy and charm/individuality and taste! A new favourite hotel and appreciated every minute here. Just heaven.
