One of the days, house keeping came for cleaning after 5 calls. The Bed keeps moving away from the wall. There is no place to place the luggage bag.

when I reached there was no one to help for my bags they said it’s self service after that in 1 nite when I stay it was fine I got the housekeeping in morning next day was my check out but I extended and made the payment in evening however I got a call for check out and no housekeeping was there had dinner with my wife in reasturant service was like till I finished the dinner after asking water was not provided so I must say they need to improve a lot as per the name and standard or ibis and accor group

The room was clean and breakfast is very good.

The bed is not enough for a family of 3.

Very bad rooms, the room had lots of cockroaches, when informed duty manager Mr Manoj, he was least bothered to call me back. When I called back they started avoiding my calls.

The restaurant staff were good. Breakfast buffet was good. Few staff from housekeeping were also good. The hotel is in a very prime location which makes it easy to travel. There are many restaurants outside the hotel so in case you want to try different restaurants they are at a walkable distance.

I stayed here for 6 days. There was water coming from the a/c in my room every day. The housekeeping people fixed it one day but the problem continued. The water dripping sound was very irritating and disturbed my sleep at night. There were very limited channels available on TV. I requested the reception/housekeeping staff to add 2 3 channels. They did not do anything about it. Ever after reminding them 3 4 times, they did not bother to take any action. When you charge so much money for 1 night the hotel should have to courtesy to attend to customers special requests. Room service is very slow. It took them more than a hour to bring a Biryani. They need to improve a lot when it comes to room service and attending to customers special request as they charge us heavily for room/food.

Room size is smaller than expected!Other things ok.
