location was excellent, very clean, bedding was very comfortable and soft. Good shower and facilities.

I would have preferred a better quality sausage and bacon for breakfast but everything else was lovely.

It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and homely, in a convenient location with parking, and delivers a great night’s sleep and delicious breakfast (especially the home made bread!), all topped off by friendly, attentive and efficient management and staff.

Staff were all lovely and helpfull,Very good area,easy to get to everything,directions given we're excellent so we found the property really easy

The door was a bit of a pain to get out of the room as the lock sticks,we was in minster room ,we did find it a bit pricey as we found rooms closer to the city that were a lot cheaper and equally as nice as these

Was a great location for the city.

The ebor suite was a little dark for my liking and lacked a few accessories to make it a bit more homely and appealing. Plenty available for breakfast but had an issue with the pancakes on our visit, couldn't even cut them 🙈. The staff however and the young girls serving were lovely.

The hosts were amazing, very friendly and very helpful and accomodating.. A lovely touch of fresh cake in your room. Also the breakfast was outstanding, had everything you could want. Would definalty return . Thank you Jamie and Fran for a wonderful stay.

Although clean the decor and some furniture was a bit dated. This certainly wouldn’t deter me from re visiting though

Location is perfect for walking in to city. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was of a good quality. Free parking a bonus. Staff very friendly.
