The breakfast was full english ,was big enough to set you up for the day ,with fruit juice, toast ,pot of tea ,was hot and beautiful and staff was lovely and friendly

Nothing ,everything was lovely, maureen was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble .

Overall everything was very good Maureen was an excellent host helping with directions and what was worthwhile visiting.

Our 12 year old great grand son liked to go into the Lounge and sit in the arm chair to play on his tablet but he often found it was locked.

Everything was perfect, extremely clean and tidy, Maureen the owner is lovely, breakfast was absolutely delicious, if you have a problem she'll fix it straight away, short walk from the shops, amusements and beach, perfect stay.

There was nothing we didn't like except that we had to leave!

The hotel was clean and tidy. You can tell that Alex and Maureen love their business and take pride in what they do. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the seafront parade so you are not in the hustle and bustle but not a trek away either. The day previous to our arrival, we received a text from Maureen to say we could check in early if we wished to which was fantastic, this was also to help us get a space in front of the hotel as can fill up quick. I must also mention that the breakfast was amazing as well to say that this is incorporated into the cost of your stay. We enjoyed it here much that we have booked to come back later this year.

Only down side was parking is limited. This is not Alex and Maureen fault and the my have provided parking where they can. There is parking all along the same road as the hotel which is free but again this is limited. Worth having a look at alternative parking if arrive and there is not space on the drive.

Cozy hotel, great hosts, immaculate cleanliness, great atmosphere, tasty breakfasts, good location. I highly recommend.
