The tiny house is absolutely perfect and in a perfect spot ... view is incredible - house is comfortable and clean, loved the little stall, bought the delicious jam ... and its not far at all to coffee and food.

Maybe a microwave .. but in saying that we managed perfectly without one.

if i was to say something in this space most places we stay come with toiletries, it wold be fantastic if the tiny house came with body wash, shampoo etc other than that suggestion everything was perfect

Blackout! owners supplied lattern but really needed two or more. Gas bottle for water was empty but lovely owner quickly fixed.

The view was amazing, the experience living int the tiny house was great!

One side of my bed was wet when I arrived. I couldn't tell if it was from someone leaving a window open or a leak?

The property has magnificent views which were a huge highlight! The surroundings are beautiful, and it was so relaxing to sit and hear all the different sounds of the birds. The host was very lovely, accomodating to my requests and clear with communication. Everything went smoothly from start to finish!

The only issue was the beds were very hard, so the sleep wasn’t too comfortable, but that’s just personal preference so might not be an issue for everyone.

The views and quiet position was amazing. Beautiful bird life. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Convenient base to explore area.

The house was immaculate and so fun with a super-clever design and welcoming touches like organic homebaked biscuits. The views are amazing; watching the sunrise from our bed was spectacular and the photos don't do it justice.

Everything, couldn't fault Bottletree gardens at all, everything was exceptional.

Only challenge was being very far away from local shops or petrol stations or restaurants. So pack more food to reduce travel.

Loved the view and how cosie the mini mansion Is! Home baked short bread was well received! Nice touches … fire pit, bbq and outdoor seated areas. Very clean and comfortable for a tiny house .. Beautiful wild life!

Two tiny houses quite close together, and not far from main house.. assumed there’d be more privacy or distance .. Enjoyed our stay though ..

The set up was awesome. We were a family of 4 and found it roomy and comfortable enough for our stay. The views and location were stunning!

All was so good

The view is spectacular. That itself was the shining star of the property.

There was a 1/4 filled bottle of “Sukin” body wash in the bottom of the shower. From personal experience using Sukin products it was definitely not Sukin. There were no shampoo or conditioner like in a usual setting and not even a little shelf in the shower to place items onto, it was all on the floor of the shower which I find a bit unsanitary. The shower had a build up of mould around the base. There was also some mould in the bathroom sink. Beds were pretty uncomfortable and there was no extra blankets in case you’re a person who gets extra cold. No drop of milk in the fridge, even Long life milk. To get closer to the mansion “Mansion” you had to drive along a very skinny grassy “road” that was one way, albeit there was a place to turn around further up but it was not easy. The walk up to the mansion was a bit grassy - surely some concrete pathway or a simple mow or whipper snip wouldn’t go astray? You could park in front of the other mansion there however you would be walking right past someone else’s accommodation so it wouldn’t be very private. The towels provided smelt a bit weird and were very thin. I wouldn’t recommend people who have limited mobility to stay here as the climb up to the beds to sleep is quite difficult even for people with good mobility. No air conditioning would make it very hot in summer as there is only a single fan and despite the breeze, the house gets the full brunt of sun during the day and heats up like a tin can. It’s beautiful to sit outside however with no cover over it you would have to wait until late in the afternoon before you can sit outside comfortably. The couch only fit 2 adults somewhat comfortably. I wouldn’t call this place a “Mini Mansion”. It’s basically a Caravan.
