Not very clean. Service is bad. I had to ask for towels, toilet paper and shampoo. They didn't provide room service during my entire stay of 5 nights.

The location is near to Haram (walking distance). staff was very cooperative.

the hotel is situated at a steep slope u need to have a good stamina to do multiple trips in and out from the hotel 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

the location, the rooms are big enough and some of the staff (the two young gentlemen that used to be in the reception at night)

the location it is right in front of haram. very easy approach. it is on the main road the staff is really nice and friendly

the location given on booking.com is wrong it takes you to shabby upstairs area. don’t follow it just stay on main road it is situated there. lights in washroom and room are very dim the washroom is extremely small and it is fine only for one night stay no room service even water is not available the staff doesn’t contact at all no reply of messages on booking.com and the phone given does not work. overall it’s a good value of money taking the place and money in consideration.
