My only issue was the AC, it turn off on its own in the middle of the night and it took forever to cool the room

My significant other, and I got beat up by bedbugs property owner needs to fumigate for bedbugs at least twice a month Also, shower was small I am 5”2 weighing 215 pounds. I barely fit in the shower. But other than that it was clean.

few things are not to my taste: There’s a security camera in the living room, bathroom floor will always be wet after showering, shower head when turned on spraying outside the small 2x2 feet shower, the bed is short, im 6 ft, my feet hanging off and the set of roles and fines that i got after booking by email is ridiculously long and demanding, kind of ruined the mood for the first few nights on the island , cleaners came 15 minutes before check out and it was crowded in already small place, so i couldn’t use the living room to organize my suitcase or use the bathroom before leaving. The place is located in a great área for the price that we paid it was very nice.

The way the treat the visitors was horrible. They was 2 days to go and check the a/c unit that wasn't working like it was supposed. The place was very hot in the inside and they never answer the phone when we called them. I mean it's much easier when you can speak directly with people. The day we was doing check out started raining and they asked us to leave under the rain and my phone and tablet got wet almost got damage and we helped them to unclug the drain because the place get flooded when it's raining and when we finished doing the uncluging they asked us to leave. The hallway to go from the entrance gate to the room was very dark at night because the lights the used wasn't working as supposed. There's a tree in the main entrance which you can hit when you pass the gate because we hitted it a couple of times. We asked them for towels the third day and they never gave us new towels so we had to use our own clothes to get dry. The shower was very very very small. There's not a stove top as they offer in the announcement and we asked them to change the bed sheets and they said that we had to pay $15 if we want them to change it.

quite automated. the pre checkin communication was not easy. that may have been due to auto translation between English and Spanish or a generational gap. The bed was not great.

I couldn't successfully navigate whatever convoluted process that was required to obtain my code to get in my room even though I completed the check in process and paid for my room. There was no one to call at night for assistance. I was basically stranded until I had to pay a fortune for a hotel. I have not been afforded any type of refund either.

The location was nice and central, with plenty of shopping and restaurant opportunities, and it seemed like a nice area. It was very easy to get there by the T5 Bus from the airport (75 cents per person), and easy to move around. The room was a bit small but manageable. Everything was nice and clean. The kitchenette and shared living room area were nice and clean as well. The AC worked perfectly too, so that was nice. Communication was fast and straightfoward.

The bed was a bit too soft for us and we woke up with sore backs both nights, but if you like soft beds, that won't be a problem. Regarding those that say the shower is sooo small, I'd say that's a bit silly. While it's small, I'm about 5'10 (1.80m) and I had plenty of space above my head. Just a bit of a smallish area, but totally fine. I also saw someone say it was difficult to get in, which I don't understand at all. If you read the very easy-to-read directions, it's super, super easy to get in and out. And using codes for the doors is great if you're traveling with someone, so you don't have to wait to have to share a key, etc. That was nice.

The whole facility and the set up of the property. it’s a great place to sleep and relax while being close to the airport.

customer service. it’s a risk wanting to head inside the property since there isn’t anyone on site. I had to call and leave a message to get in touch with someone. I had to encounter a similar situation with another couple so I was able to help them out while I left the facility.

the security deposit is high and takes a long time to get back, it’s been over a week and I still have not gotten it back. the common areas and room are small, the common areas are shared and very close to the other occupant. But it was fine for the one night we stayed.
