The place is well thought out, and had the necessary facilities: kitchenette equipped with under-counter fridge, washing machine, induction hob (no oven) & a microwave. Little balcony at the back.

I was only disappointed with the lack on cleanliness, and the weird smell. The fridge was dirty, we had to clean the trays and grooves on arrival. Dirty microwave cover in the microwave and dirt (rice, etc) in spaces of the cupboards. When I told the property maintenance, they told me the place was cleaned and then inspected before our arrival. Bathroom door Handle They obviously knew the door handle was broken, but didn’t warn us. So when we got there we just checked the room to make sure nothing was damaged or damaged. In case we’d be accused of something. We do this every where we stay. To our surprise it was broken. When we told them, they said something about it being Christmas period and couldn’t get it fixed. Why not tell us? Especially, if they expect you to pay £100 deposit on arrival which hadn’t been mentioned at payment? Smell It’s around the kitchen area and bathroom. They definitely have a humidity issue going on. The washing machine stinks. Idk how that isn’t hazardous to health? Mold etc. It’s only after I sent pictures (because their response was imposing I wasn’t telling the truth) that they apologised, and that was it. We ended up not paying the deposit because they didn’t confirm the damages that were there in the apartment before we got there. I wasn’t about to pay for something I did not damage.

Perfect location for our Coventry needs, extremely helpful landlords, and a surprisingly excellent Jerk Centre a block away, don't be scared off to give it a try when you stay in the Cozy Escape.

Nothing not to like at all. Just know that kitchen sink, shower, and toilet make a scary noise, when they start pumping when you use either, if you know you are going to hate that, take an upper level flat...

The place is clean and the location is accessible to bus stops and there's a nearby corner shop. The host is accommodating and approachable. Pillows and bed is very comfortable and there's available wifi (free of charge) and Netflix. ☺️ Everything that is needed like crockery, pans and other things for cooking can be used plus washing machine. 😁

Can hear the footsteps upstairs at night and early morning.

If you're driving theres a car park close by. Town is about 10 minutes walk. Plenty of supermarkets. Oh and close to the bus station.

The location was great. Very near to Coventry Uni and city centre. Great choice for a short term stay while you explore Coventry.
