The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, the accommodation was spotless, the food was brilliant. The Barns are in a lovely setting.

We stayed in the Cowshed. Very well designed room. It was our anniversary and the host had organised a bottle of bubbly and some pastries. A fabulous gesture. There was lot of information on places to visit and dine. We booked into the Ingham swan which was fabulous and highly recommended. The breakfast was in a very good barn setting with lot of variety. The host was very friendly and helpful and even provided us with an emergency iPhone charger!

Inviting us with a home made cake was awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very tasty as well. The milk was fresh. Kids loved the stay. Very calm place.

This is our second visit, lovely welcome, superb accommodation and great breakfast. Ideal location for accessing numerous walks, bird watching, eating establishments etc.

As usual, we received a very warm welcome, lovely accommodation, the fabulous coast and near broads location means you are spoilt for choice but there's literally something for everyone. A truly lovely place to relax and unwind from the usual stress of work and looking after others. After a lovely night's sleep you will be set up for your day with an amazing choice of breakfasts.

My son is autistic and I'm a single parent, so finding a calm place to stay with plenty to keep him busy in the half term it's really hard, but this is the second February Half Term in a row that we have stayed in the Cow Shed at the Dairy Barns and it was so, so wonderful! There is so much to do in the area, it is excellent values for many, they owners and staff are amazing and so patient, and it was actually a wonderful break for me as well as for my son. Thank you so much!!

Simply the best hospitality! Hannah and her team could not make you feel more welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The best breakfast ever!! and its included in the very reasonable price. All this and its situated in a wonderful part of the country keep us coming back time after time.

A lovely warm welcome, comfortable clean spacious room with nice little touches and a fantastic breakfast each morning in the pretty & relaxed barn. Really lovely friendly staff and great knowledge of the area. Thanks again for a brilliant stay.

Although we were met with a note taped to the reception door as no-one was there to greet us, we soon found home made cake and fresh milk in our suite. Then the owner appeared in the stables and was so friendly and welcoming. Delightful suite, amusingly called the Cowshed, much upgraded since the cows had been in residence! Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice of local and home made produce and very friendly staff.

Everything was tiptop. The staff were a ray of sunshine. The premises were amazing.The breakfast room with its wooden vaulted ceiling and balcony was really special. We had one of the special rooms, and special they were. Wonderfully decorated, fresh and spotless. Even the horses outside our room in the stables said good morning to us everyday. Highly reccmmended and faultless in all aspects. Thankyou to you all.

It was fantastic! We stayed for a night in the Cow Shed, which we loved. The 'upside down layout worked perfectly with 2 children, and was extremely spacious. Very luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower big enough for two people.
My husband had only been in the door 2 minutes and said that we'd definitely return!
Great location- quiet country setting but near to so many places of interest. Excellent in all ways!

Stayed a couple of days over the weekend. Great quiet location which is easy to access local sights.
Accommodation is very clean and thought out well. Breakfast is brilliant.

The Cow shed was an amazing room to stay it was lovely having such a spacious bedroom and relaxing lounge upstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast. It was a nice touch to be able to have it delivered to your room. Hannah and her team were amazing and very attentive. We were in easy reach of Horsey to see the seals. We'll worth a visit. The Ingham Swan pub was fantastic for an evening meal. Thank you.

This is the third time we have stayed at Dairy Barns in the luxury rooms. It was our first time in The Cowshed which was lovely. The weather was against us and the power cuts weren’t ideal, but the comfortable surroundings and the excellent breakfasts made up for them. The staff are so friendly and the service is great.
Sure we will come again.

This was our 3rd time visiting, we Love The Dairy Barns. Everyone is so friendly & welcoming & as always we had a lovely break away.

We had a great time. Our room was one of the biggest and it was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was very tasty and there was a lot of choice. We would have liked to stay longer but the weather wasn't on our side. We are hoping to come back later on in the year.

We had an amazing time at the cowshed!
The place was immaculate and very warm. It is so spacious, just like home away from home really. We lived that we had the option of breakfast in the room!

We love the accommodation and the friendliness of the staff. Just two small things. The shower needs a mat as it is very slippery. The bacon is grilled and therefore very hard.

We stayed for 2 nights, we were looked after so well and felt very comfortable in these strange times.
Jo was on hand if we had any problems, which we did not.
