La ubicación, habitación cómoda, buenas camas.

Hay pocos ambientes históricos y bonitos dentro del hotel, como promete el nombre, es más bien de ambiente moderno. El desayuno es en un sótano y no es muy variado.

El hotel, la habitación, las instalaciones y el personal… todo genial! Estuvimos muy a gusto!

Mejoraría el estado del spa, es correcto pero para lo pequeño que es mejoraría sus condiciones.

La verdad es que estuve bastante decepcionado con la experiencia. La cama bastante comoda y confortable. Pero en general no salí satisfecho de la experiencia.

En la recepción un trato muy frio, no se atendió a ninguna de las peticiones realizadas. Las toallas, viejas y rotas todas y la ducha totalmente llena de cal y muy poca presion. En general una experiencia muy decepcionante.

Estuvimos muy comodos en todos los espacios del hotel. El desayuno fenomenal y la persona que nos atendió encantadora...

L'entorn és espectacular, la zona amurallada d'Altafulla és molt maca i et trobes al bell mig. Les zones comuns de l'hotel son agradables i l'habitació és molt espaiosa. L'esmorzar també molt complert.

No se si és per la època (Octubre) o per quin motiu, peró falta manteniment en general... Cap dels endolls de les tauletes de nit de l'habitació funcionaven, i la segona nit que hi vam estar l'aire condicionat no funcionava tampoc. La zona de l'spa tampoc sembla que funcionés correctament, la temperatura de l'aigua no era la indicada, i hi havia alguna zona amb taques d'humitat.

The hotel is very nice and quite. We loved it

The entire place is like a very modern castle. Located in the middle of the old town of Altafulla, in 10 minutes you can walk around the breathtaking center of it. Restaurant in the same hotel is also sublime, very good quality.

Nothing to remark here.

We liked the hotel very much and we decided to come back as soon as possible.

I liked a lot of the staff. My problem was that I thought the two rooms I visited, were dull and dreary. We disliked the first room, no windows just a skylight and was decorated mostly by black and white. We were moved to another room once we complained. It was an improvement but the window it had faced a wall, as a tourist I would have liked a view.I also think the breakfast menu could have had an English version.

Mainly the staff who helped with issues while we were there.

The location was amazing. It is inside a castle, can you believe it? Best hotel to stay at Altafulla.

Very clean, felt taken care of. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaning service excellent. The breakfast was very nice too and the outdoor setting was great. Very pretty setting and the pool area was just as it seems in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace. Feels private and quiet.

There was a few things the room was missing, for example a kettle/cups and bath mat. For the price these should have been included. Needed clearer signing on where breakfast would be held each day. On our last day the pool was closed due to an event but this was not made clear either. The spa was also a little expensive.

our shower had a pointless step or shelf which just got in the way. wash basin had no plug and despite complaining nothing happened. Being told there were no parking spaces when there clearly were. Being told to leave the pool as it was wanted for a private function, no word of apology.

The hotel is located in a lovely old stone building in the very picturesque old town. It is luxuriously fitted out. The staff were very nice and helpful. This was our second visit and the town has some great restaurants and bars.

The hotel lacks an outside terrace. Breakfast is in the basement.

Breakfast starts at 7:30 without possibility of earlier preparation of breakfast box if you need to leave the hotel early. Poor air conditioning, not pleasant smell from the bathroom (room 27)
