The location could not be any better! short walk into the centre and the apartment area itself was very quiet and safe, no noise. lockbox was easy to find and instructions were easy to follow (not sure how others struggled with this). The place itself was very warm and cosy, and the bathroom very spacious.

We mainly ate out anyway but the eating table was small which is visible in the photos, but perhaps something that could be improved upon. Sadly the sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, and I don’t recall many bathroom facilities like washing soap etc.

The property was centrally located, comfortable and clean.

There wasn’t any hot water the night I arrived and the morning I left (I stayed for two nights), which is disappointing given the name of the property is “luxury”. It’s a shame as it was comfortable but the basics should be provided, especially given the price.

the shower was always cold and I couldn’t find any information about it . the arrival details were very hard to follow as things we were told to look out for ( white picket fence) weren’t there and it was very difficult to find the key safe in the dark . very frustrating

Modern design

Bathroom and toilet were not very clean. There are mould build up in the bathroom and the toilet was not well scrubbed. Also the first night wasn’t a good experience as there was no heating in the room. The second night though the agent managed to send a fan heater at 20:10 which made a bit of a difference but we had to checkout early in the morning anyway. Overall very nice apartment, they only have to correct few things.

Well designed and fully equipped apartment within easy walking distance of all York attractions and the York Station.

It was extremely difficult to collect the keys upon arrival. It was thanks to a neighbor who helped us that we were able to enter the property. The host didn't help us and didn't care about us.

The Location

On arrival we followed the instructions given in the email, to drive to the barrier to unload luggage, but we could not gain entry. The code given on the email did not lift the barrier, we called the concierge, which we were told would be available 24/7, they did not respond. We then called the emergency number, they also tried the concierge but again they couldnt get a response. So we were told one of our party was to stay in the car whilst the other walked down to the wall which held the key safe lock. There was no parking available, so we then had to drive to the nearest car park. On returning the fob key worked on the main gate to the complex, but we couldnt gain entrance to the building, the fob wouldnt work. If it wasnt for another person letting us into the building we would not of gained access. We spoke to the concierge in the morning who told us they do not work 24/7 as stated in the email we were sent. The bed was smaller than a double which made it difficult to get comfortable it was far too small. We also went to cook breakfast only to find the induction hob would not turn on, even using the induction pans, and the Hudson Quarters main office, they couldnt help us, neither could the concierge on site, The whole experience was disappointing, and would not recommend these premises, as your left to your own devices there is nobody to assist with queries or faults especially at weekends

Local perfect for walking into the city centre. Quiet and peaceful especially at night. Very handy for the railway station.

Great central location. Very clean and modern property. Comfortable bed and very good shower. The kitchen is very well equipped. Good WiFi. Concierge available 24/7 to help.

The sofa is not very comfortable and sagging. A bit cold in the flat despite turning up the temperature on thermostat. No parking available which I would have liked for the price paid

great location , really close to all the shop and restaurants and the apartment was really modern, would definitely stay here again!

it would be much better if we had use of the car park that was underneath the building , had too pay £50 for parking at NCP multi story and the check in times could of been a lot better

Little details was missed when it came to cleaning, sticky floor near the rug and lounge window, dirty glasses and a little obvious stain on bedroom blanket.
