we asked for transportation from the airport to the hotel and didnt get a reply. We had to pay 200HKD to get there.

We stayed here for a long overnight transfer and were perfectly comfortable during our stay, with clean and comfortable accommodation, quiet for a good night’s sleep. The fantastic view was a bonus & we appreciated the free drinking water and toiletries. The free airport shuttle which runs every hour from about 6:45 am to 11:15 pm was convenient , taking about 15 minutes to and from the airport. Our flight was the next morning so we took an uber taxi which worked well and was super fast.
We only wished the airport shuttle ran earlier in the day.

The breakfast buffet was so busy and queues for 10 mins plus for items. The staff clearing up were miserable and unhelpful.

Navette un peu difficile à trouver à l'arrivée à l'aéroport (il n'y a pas de panneau). Distributeurs automatiques de boissons ne fonctionnent pas avec la carte bancaire, uniquement avec l'appli locale.

Das Hotel ist top. Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank. Im TV-Programm finden sich auch englischsprachige Sender. Riesiges Frühstücksbuffet für jeden Geschmack. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Verständigung auf Englisch ist kein Problem. Koffer kann man am Abreisetag zur Aufbewahrung kostenlos abgeben und später abholen.
Super ist der kostenlose Shuttle Bus Service. Zum Flughafen stündlich und zur Metro Station Tung Chung alle 30 Minuten. Einfach an die Haltestelle vor dem Hotel stellen und in den nächsten Bus einsteigen. Ohne Voranmeldung oder Reservierung.
Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Kilometer vom Flughafen entfernt. Fluglärm hört man trotzdem keinen.
Mit der Metro ist man in ca. 20 Minuten im Disneyland. Nur eine Haltestelle weiterfahren bis Sunny Bay und dort in die Disney Resort Line umsteigen.
Kleinere Supermärkte sind in direkter Nähe. Mit diesem Hotel macht man wirklich nichts falsch, gerade was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis betrifft.
Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu kritisieren gibt, dann die etwas geringe Ablagefläche für Kleidung. Es gibt kaum Schubladen und man muss sich schon ordentlich strecken, um ans große Ablagefach heranzureichen. Auch wären kostenlose Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer schön gewesen. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Wer sich ausschließlich in Hong Kong aufhalten möchte, sollte bedenken, dass man mit der Metro eine gute halbe Stunde bis ins Stadtzentrum braucht.

The breakfast was good, the view wasn't bad
Aircon was broken and made a massive noise, cobwebs on the mirror. Noise from outside through night. In the morning I asked concierge if I can take a shower somewhere when I return they said sure just ask they will organize something, planned my whole day around that. Got back different people at concierge said sure, just ask for a key made a reception, reception look at me like I was crazy, just said no they can't help, very rudely

Great location, close to HKIA. Four Points by Sheraton also offers shuttle transfers to and from HKIA and Tung Chung MTR station, which were very convenient.

The front desk staff were really friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious, clean and well designed. Beds were also firm and comfortable. It was a great location to get to the airport with the shuttle bus and also convenient to get to Disneyland.
There is not much surrounding the hotel so just to keep that in mind. The shuttle bus from Tung Chung also gets really packed to the point passengers may need to wait for the next bus. The hotel may want to consider increasing bus frequency during peak times.

Very clean hotel. There is free shuttle to and from the airport and rail (MTR) station. They allowed us to do an early check in which was great after arriving on an overnight flight. Very easy to get to Kowloon and Hong Kong island using the rail.

The shuttle to and from the airport was only once every hour, it would be better if it’s every 30 minutes.
