Nothing to be like, apart form the location. Me an my family was very upset and un happy with this property. we are not going use the booking.com in future unless there some compromise from your end. Please call me in my registered number immediately.

The apartment is not worth for the price AED 823. They have charged additional charges apart from the apartment fee which is unreasonable for this property. Totally disappointed on the trip and stay.

it’s very nice location and very clean apartment

The location and facilities of the property are superb. The pool, beach, and view are what people come for.

The room was 100 percent not sanitized. The balcony was wet, with wet laundry piled on the rack outside which tracked water and muddy footsteps in the room. There was a dead roach in a bowl, and a live one in the bathroom. The blanket is a comforter - not a duvet with a cover, clearly not washed (I bought my own blankets); also no flat sheet available and only 2 towels for 2 people over 3 days. There is black mold on the ceiling and dust and hair along the baseboards and lamps. Also, the bathroom had a curtain that was way too short for the shower leading to water everywhere with no squeegee, rags, or any cleaning supplies at all for anything except your basic shower gel and dish soap (no cloths, no sponge, napkins…)
