Perfect for our needs with 2 local (winter) residents of Peoria and out of town family from Oklahoma and Canada. Pool very popular with 7 year old granddaughter and her 21 year old cousin. Table tennis got lots of use with college kids and games table perfect for board games. Kitchen well outfitted, large and convenient. I could go on, but it was ideal for our purpose. Will rent again should Arizona be a future family gathering locale.

We hosted our staff of 12 here. There aren’t enough words to describe how perfect this house was and the great experience we had! We had a number of excursions planned and bar far the favourite day was the “chill at the house day”. With all of the indoor and outdoor games we had an awesome day! This house has everything you need for your stay and more! Our hosts were phenomenal with all communication! We have stayed in many VRBO accommodations and this was one was tops. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to everyone! Not just a house, it truely felt like a home away from home!

We stayed with nine adults and 7 grandchildren ranging in age from 2 thru 19. We had a great time. This property was just the right size for us. They all had a great time in the pool and hot tub. There were so many things to do. This house is equipped with anything you would need. It is located close to stores for grocery stores and other shopping needs. thanks for a great vacation.

This was a get-away for our family of 4 and a couple of the teen's friends. Spent 5 days at this home in July (it was only 114 degrees) but the amenities made the heat irrelevant. Our time in the pool kept us cool and the amazing options inside the beautiful home kept all the teens entertained. This is a really nice home with plenty of space for everyone. Well-equipped kitchen where we cooked all our meals while here. Lots of things to do without ever leaving the home. The property manager, Shantell, was lightening quick to respond to requests and even had a maintenance person come by within an hour to address a bad circuit breaker. This was great service! Would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking to relax for a couple days and never have to leave.

We had a great time! Beautiful house, lots of fun games and things to keep people busy. Nice pool (although the pool is bath water temperature), very helpful and responsive host. We definitely recommend!

We had a family vacation at this beautiful home in Glendale. Our group included 7 kids ages 10 mos to 11 yo. Every single one of them had the BEST TIME EVER as did the adults! A Pool table, ping pong table, game table, foosball, golf, a pool and a ton of pool toys- what else could you want?! The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked for our large group. We will not hesitate to return!!

Beautiful home and the owners were wonderful! We were in town for my son’s wedding and it was such a blessing for my entire immediate family to be able to spend the weekend together in such a lovely home! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

As soon as we walked into the property, we knew we had picked the right home. The house had all the conveniences we would want. Everyone had their own room; pool & putting green was a nice added feature. The kitchen was perfect. My mom enjoyed the master suite. All in all, my mom walked away with the best birthday she could have wished for!!

This was a perfect place for 6 adults and 6 children 11 years and under! Clean, well appointed, amenities were awesome, wonderful neighborhood. Recommend highly! Manager was amazing! We will be back!

We absolutely loved our recent stay in Glendale. The pictures online of this VRBO do not do it justice - it is even better in person. We had a big group filled with different ages, from Grandpa and Grandma to little kids, and this house easily held everyone and slept everyone comfortably. This property is perfect for a multi-family vacation. The pool was warm and had so many pool toys there. There were outdoor and indoor towels. Kitchen was amazing and there was a basket full of goodies when we arrived - we cooked up the pancakes that were in the basket. The outdoor cooking area was amazing on Christmas Eve and lots of seating for the meals. There even was a beautiful Chirstmas tree set up around the amazing couch that was so comfortable. The pool table and poker table were perfect for our family who likes to play games. We had a putting tournament the one day that was so fun. It is very close to the things we did - we went to a basketball game and football game and both were close drives. Costco was not too far and there was a Safeway within 5 minutes. We had fun going for runs and the trails were very close. We could easily run as a group to a trail that was very fun to climb and gave us incredible views of Phoenix. We were absolutely blown away by how great this place was and the communication with April was fantastic. We ran out of garbage bags and she dropped some off. This was the perfect vacation for our family and we were over the moon about this place.

This home is exactly as pictures and more. It is a beautiful big home. Our family had stayed here together for our wedding weekend in order to be together as some of our children live in MN. It was wonderful. The house is big enough for people to have their space yet is set up for time together! Playing pool, games, etc. The pool itself is heated but we didn’t find the time to jump in. The owner and management are very responsive, kind, and helpful. We might be staying again in the future!

The house, pool and yard were so beautiful. We loved every minute of our time here and cannot say enough good things about our hosts.

We had the most wonderful visit at this property. 6 couple from around the US stayed for a friends trip and the house was the perfect set up! The pool was excellent and the guy loved the game room! The property was very well stocked with all necessities and then some. I would happily stay here or any other property with this owner again!

This house is great for gathering with a group of friends. Well stocked, excellent choice of games (pool table and ping pong were favorites). The pool area is lovely and a great place to relax!

This was an amazing home for our family vacation! The accommodations were perfect for all ages, including our granddaughters- ages 4 & 1. Most of our days were spent outdoors enjoying the wonderful pool. There is a deep end for jumping and surface diving, as well as a Baja shelf for sunning and for the little girls to safely play for hours! The home provided plenty of space and the well equipped kitchen was large enough for multiple people to comfortably prepare meals. It was a perfect home for our relaxing get away!

My family has stayed in many homes during our travels, and, by far, this has been our favorite home! The accommodations and amenities are amazing and we were very well taken care of. We spent most of our day—-from sun up to sun down—-in the backyard enjoying the pool, playing golf and corn hole, and grilling out and eating on the table which accommodated our whole family! There were several floats available to use in the pool AND they provided an electric inflator! Several umbrellas were provided to give us some shade to sit in while out of the pool. There were also an abundant of beach towels provided. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and MORE! It was nice that they provided plastic dinnerware and glassware to use outside. When we were indoors, we enjoyed the pool table, playing foosball, and many games at the game table. So much fun!! All the beds AND pillows were very comfortable and we all slept great. They provided toiletries in all the bathrooms and plenty of toilet paper to last the week. We were traveling with an infant, and the house had both pack-n-plays and high chairs! This made it much easier for my daughter to travel. This home’s location made shopping easy—there are several grocery stores nearby. Phoenix has a lot to offer, but, to be honest, we were having such a great time at this home, that we didn’t feel a need to leave! It was very evident that our host has gone above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The property manager, Shantell, responded quickly with any of our questions or needs. We would highly recommend this home!!

This place was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room with activities and a great pool. It was also furnished with garbage bags, toilet paper and washing machine pods. This was a huge perk as it made life sooo much easier, no one likes to waste vacation time running to the stores for items like that. If we make it to Phoenix again, this is our spot. Highly recommend and had some great hiking trails so close by!

We had an awesome time, big enough for 14 Adults, to catch up and have a great time. lots of activities at the house, no need to go anywhere. Will stay here again

A group of four families with teenagers stayed for a week for a baseball tournament and the house was perfect. We travel to a lot of locations for baseball tourneys and this house checked every box. 6 teenage boys were always occupied (when not playing baseball) with the pool, putting green, pool table, foosball and the poker table at night. Our host was spectacular and answered every question we had and the owner even checked in on us during the trip. The kitchen had Viking appliances and was fully stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils. We will definitely be booking this house again.

Place was great. Needs a bit of maintenance. Jetted tub did not work and was not notified of this prior, 1 lounge chair in back yard broken, upstairs master bedroom-board under bed lying on floor, a few light bulbs burned out, can opener did not work-this was very inconvenient, leak under kitchen sink, refrigerator very small and freezer did not freeze ice cream. I do not sweat the small things. Place was a good spot for my family get together. Thank you.

Beautiful home was everything we could ask for. We had 12 guys on a golf trip lots of room for everyone we had asked for a few things during our stay next day everything was there. Would recommend this home to any and everyone.

Calm, relaxing, and very accommodating! I traveled all the way from Virginia with my family to attend my college commencement ceremony and this house was beyond perfect and accommodating in everyway that you could think of for a stay! As we stayed from a Tuesday-Sunday, I can say that I was most impressed with the host, Shauntell, who was always easy to contact and communicate with. A very embracing and pleasant person! **My dad enjoyed ladder ball so much, he had a set ordered and waiting at his home via our flight back! :)

All ten adults and grand babies escaped the cold Midwest to explore Arizona mountains and warm sunshine. We did both and loved it! Home accommodated all of us. Spacious, Private with great location and beautiful. We hope to be back soon!

This house has everything you’d need and more! The inside is very large and the outdoor amenities are incredible. We ended up spending the majority of our trip hanging out at the house because it was so great. Check in was easy and the host answered very quickly with any questions that I had. We would absolutely return to this property!

The pictures are accurate and the host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. They had everything available, plenty of towels, kitchen fully stocked with utensils and pots, games, etc. There was tons of thought and care put into this property. They truly wanted to ensure you were on vacation and didn’t worry about anything. I would highly recommend!

Stayed with family for a week. Plenty of space and great location. Backyard was fantastic.
