A/C unit was awful sounding, like it had allergies. Shuttle driver was enjoyable. Lack of food choices for dinner and snacks were disappointing. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was dimly light. Neighborhood is sketchy. Staff was great.

See above. Food for dinner was sub par. Who serves a burger and fries with packaged mayonnaise when the menu says there is a gourmet sauce? However, the wine was good and the servers were very nice.

AC was not working, had to change room! Hallways were dirty and restaurant but the unnecessary Visa holds. Staff was friendly enough…

Not the cleanest and location has few no restaurants nearby other than the Hilton in house.

Чистый и просторный номер, такой же как на фотографиях. Понравилось расположение, удобно добираться с аэропорта. Вкусный сытный завтрак, детям понравилось меню. А также воспользовались бесплатным трансфером до аэропорта, что тоже большой плюс выбора этой гостиницы.

Не понравилось как нас встретил администратор, не сказала нам как проходить в номера, и не дала бутылки воды, которые нам полагались.

We were staying overnight to be close to the airport for our morning flight. It is very close. Walking distance, indeed. We took the hotel shuttle. Nice to have a pool available until night.

Very basic meals. Dinner was unremarkable. Nice service at breakfast, though.

I like the accommodations of pets, friendly concierge, and willingness to accommodate a late checkout was very convenient.

House keeping woke me up in the morning. But it wasn’t their fault since I didn’t put the do not disturb sign on the door. Also I couldn’t cast to the TV from my phone.

Nice hotel with good rooms, close to airport

Really bad neighborhood, car wrecks and tireshops, dirt and abandoned homes, homeless and burnt down places

The room was perfect. The staff was very professional but more than that they made me feel welcomed. I will absolutely stay ghereagain the next time I fly through Phoenix.

Absolutely nothing the staff could have done to make my stay better, they were outstanding.

Easy access from the airport, clean and comfortable

AC was too laud, the Swimmingpool was much smaller than on the pictures which doesn’t reflect the reality.

Evening staff was great....drivers were the best shuttle rides EVER

BUT AM staff did not know what the blinking red light meant on the room phone when asked....NO ONE could explain how a Hilton Honors member who was staying on a Sat night and returning in 6 nights would not be able to get their nightlight back, left in the bath room....NO HOT WATER ON 9TH FLOOR FOR FIRST SHOWER.....We heard complaints about water pressure....it was bad but not useless....AC so loud on and off could not use so sweating was better than no sleep....your breakfast is not worth 16 dollars....won't be back

No handicapped room was available ( we did ask late, so that was not really your fault) Room looked a little tired Breakfast was not what we have come to expect from hotels in your category

Room large and clean, v comfortable bed , 2 miles from airport taxi cost $15 , breakfast was buffet and good selection also given vouchers for breakfast due to airport shuttle not turning up to pick us up

Airport shuttle should have turned up as rung from airport when we landed after waiting 40 minutes got a cab we were exhausted after a 10 hour flight this was not good but Receptionist at hotel apologised and gave us free breakfast vouchers which we appreciated

Soft sheets, comfy bed and bedding. Breakfast yummy. Excellent friendly efficient staff.

the rooms are big and clean

I had the worst check in, Britney was rude, she was angry and just rolling her eyes. When me or my wife would ask any questions she would only naswer with “yes” “no” it was so annoying and worst first impression of the hotel. thankfully the room was big and clean, housekeeping was amazing, I can’t remember her name but she helped us answering our questions, way more helpful than Britney.
