Location to where I attended my function

You could hear people in the hallways. You could hear every time someone closed their room door, doors SLAM shut! The TV didn’t work. The place was dirty. This is the very first Holiday Inn I’ve EVER stayed at that didn’t offer a free breakfast. I’ll never stay here again!

Booked this property because our flight canceled. The this property saw that we’d booked it through Booking.com but charged us that same amount then refused to refund this double charge.

The breakfast buffet was very good.

Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Room was large.

Overpriced for the amenities provided.

Breakfast was supposed to be included in price but was denied.

Rude check in staff. Refused breakfast altho paid for. Said she could not give any information on anything and had no desire to be helpful

Airport shuttle was good and easy to sign up for.

Rooms and hallways seemed to be under construction. Do not think it should have been as expensive. Pool was nice but could have been better with umbrella for some shade.
