We had an amazing stay at Villa Catalina!!! Loved, loved, loved our trip. Rueben was fantastic, very responsive to questions and minor issues that occurred. The house is beautiful, as pictured. It was a short walk to the beach, which was not crowded at all, and other amenities. Highly recommend, especially for large groups. There was plenty of room. 5-star rating, would stay here again!

Our stay at the Isla Verde Beach House was a delightful experience. The house itself was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, perfectly accommodating our large family. The private pool added an extra touch of luxury and fun for everyone. Pros: Spacious and Modern: The house was roomy and stylish, providing ample space for our entire family to relax and enjoy. Great Location: Situated in a prime spot, the house was conveniently close to the beach, making our seaside outings effortless and frequent. Helpful Host: Jose, our host, was incredibly helpful. He provided us with a comprehensive list of MUST Do's in the area, which was a fantastic resource for exploring and enjoying our vacation to the fullest. Cons: Cleanliness Issues: Upon arrival, we noticed that the house wasn't as clean as expected. We cleaned and sent Jose all the pictures of how the house was found (we didn't contact him until the end of our trip) he assured us that he would address this with the cleaning company. Limited Towels: There weren't enough towels or wash cloth provided for our large group, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, despite a few minor issues, our stay at the Isla Verde Beach House was wonderful. The combination of a great location, modern amenities, and Jose's Must Do List made our vacation memorable. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We chose Villa Catalina as it looked ideal for our group of 7. My husband and I and 5 friends went for a long weekend. There was enough space for everyone to have their own room. The backyard was ideal for relaxing in the afternoon. Plenty of room for us all to gather or enjoy the pool. The house is located walking distance to excellent restaurants and the beach and only a 20 minute drive to Old San Juan.

There was plenty of room for the 11 of us. Quick walk to the beach. When we had a issue they were very responsive. Definitely recommend for an adult family vacation.

We had an amazing time during our stay at this beautiful home. We can't say enough about the owner and manager- they were so friendly, helpful and accommodating!! The house was perfect for seven women getting together for a long weekend. The house and pool were immaculate and the location right by the beach made a day at the beach a breeze. We highly recommend this property.

Great time at Villa Catalina. Appreciated the space and location. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. Rueben was so helpful when there was a minor problem with the house. No spices or oil in the house so bring your own. Loved the outdoor backyard space and we spent most of our time relaxing there .

Ruben was an amazing host! He was very communicative throughout our stay when we had any questions. The pool space is truly amazing.

Villa Carolina for the win! Three families, five teenage girls and one boy, plus parents. First time to Puerto Rico. House was exactly as advertised, excellent communication, and location was perfect. Close to the airport, walkable to beach, groceries, and restaurants. Sufficient parking, outfitted with beach supplies that we needed. Easy drives to Old San Juan and El Yunque rain forest. Would recommend.

Loved the house. Had plenty of room for the 12 of us - no one felt cramped. The house was close to the beach, clean, and had easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops.

We enjoyed our stay so much, the property is amazing and beautiful. It is close to the airport so there is noise from the planes but it did not bother us a bit. The property management was very friendly and super responsive. We will for sure be booking this property again on the next visit. The house is spacious and the back yard is beautiful and zen. We spent most of our time outside in the backyard while we were at the house. Each room has fantastic air conditioning. Highly recommend this home!!

We loved our stay in this house! It’s spacious, well-decorated, clean, and the property manager Ruben is so helpful and kind. He made sure we had sufficient dishware for a private chef to cook a meal for 14 of us and responded quickly when we had a small issue in the house. For future guests, they may want to have more towels for each room and replace all shower dispensers that are rusty and ensure they are full. The outdoor pool area is an oasis - my only recc would be to get a heater for the pool for winter months as the water temp was a bit cool! We loved the beach chairs and proximity to beach as well. We also used the washer and dryer daily which was super convenient! I would stay here again and highly recommend it!

We stayed at this property for my bachelorette party and the process from check in to check out was smooth, the house is beautiful and comfortable, and the location is perfect, close enough for a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan and a 5 minute walk to the beach! The patio is also great to lounge in, as long as you have some bug spray. Ruben was available and very accommodating the whole time! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Spent a few days out at the pool and didn't go anywhere. We were there for a wedding for another one of our friends. Spent time at the Fairmont, a day in Old San Juan visiting the shops and El Morro. Then we headed out to El Yunque to hike and visit some waterfalls. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

We were a group of friends for a bachelorette and this house was perfect! We used every space in the house, the pool, the kitchen, the living room, the outdoor dining. The rooms were spacious with great bedding, two rooms had their private bathrooms, each room had its own a/c. They had everything you needed and the attention to detail was impressive. The ambiance of the house was very relaxing, we wanted to stay in the pool all day. It was a 2 minute walk from the house to the beach, they provided beach chairs and towels and we always felt safe. It was a 10 min uber to Old San Juan and Condado. Great location, close to the airport, house manager answered all our questions. Definitely recommend!

Stayed here for a bachelor party. The owner of the property had an assistant that was great with recommendations and giving us a tour of the house. Only minor complaint was I didn’t hear anything about the house (such as address or check in process) till the day of, something I wish would have occurred sooner. Otherwise, we were right by the airport, beach, and a few great restaurants. I never felt unsafe either!

This will be the vacation rental my kids will compare all others to. Our group had four adults and four kids and we felt comfortable no matter where we were in the house. The living area was spacious enough for us all to feel at home in the kitchen, living room, outside patio. Just so many places to relax and unwind after a day at the beach or Old San Juan. It was an easy walk to a very beautiful beach. It was the prefect place to make long lasting memories. Thank you for the thought that you put into each room of the house. It showed.

We recently stayed at Villa Catalina and we were impressed. The home was clean and spatious. The pool was just enough to have fun on the hot days of Summer (which we love). We had 9 People with 2 families and Grandparents. Ruben, the property manager, was great and very responsive. He offered us great ideas for visiting San Juan from local restaurants to visiting Old San Juan and the El Yunque rain forest. The Beach is just a short walk away and was beautiful. Beach chairs and a cooler were also available at the house. We had a great week of vacation and look forward to visiting again in the future. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental house and it was truly a gem. Located two blocks away from the beach and conveniently close to the airport. The house have a comfortable sofa and a boasted six spacious rooms, each furnished with incredibly beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. After spending a hot and sunny days outdoors, returning to a pleasantly cool and refreshing house was a treat. The kids particularly loved the pool in the patio. After spending time at the beach, they eagerly jumped into the pool to cool off and have some fun. One highly appreciated feature of the house was its generator. We experienced two instances of electric shortages during our two-week stay, but thanks to the reliable generator, it automatically kicked in without any intervention on our part. The manager of the property, Ruben, deserves special mention for his outstanding hospitality. Overall, I cannot recommend this vacation rental house enough, especially for families. It truly exceeded our expectations in terms of location, comfort, amenities, and service. If I have the opportunity to visit the area again, this house would be my first choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing vacation experience.
