Staff super friendly and food was good. Hotel is just older so you can tell. Overall decent to stay for a trip.

They were so nice and accommodating.
They even allowed us a late check out. However, they did charge me $60 for parking even though it said that parking was free and included. I called and they said that theywould take care of it and call back but they never did.

$30 parking fee is excessive... in the morning they take away the free coffee and make you pay for it along with breakfast, bathroom has a lot of areas of water damage.. needs a little updating. For the price i expected a bit more

I was very satisfied with my weekend stay. The guy serving breakfast was very friendly and made sure any questions/concerns were addressed. The only complaint I have is that our room didn't appear to be vacuumed before we arrived. I found several almonds on the floor which I thought was odd. The bed was very comfortable though which was a huge plus. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Indy.

Good choice for reasonable stay in downtown Indy. Parking is a little expensive, but better than other options. A bigger fridge would be nice. Add TCM to the channel lineup to give more no commercial options.

I really like the location of this hotel for getting to things on the north side of downtown. The parking is way more convenient than any other downtown hotel. The room is fine, the bathroom wasn’t really as clean as I would have expected for $200/night

Hotel was clean, but they don’t clean everyday, the coffe pot didn’t work so we asked for another one and we have to go to the reception because they don’t have more people, the only leave one creamer, for two days ? Only two drawers in the room, I feel that I was at the super 8 or days inn motel, instead of a Marriott
Also they didn’t have breakfast, the little shop that they have there have so so food and extremely expensive. Ridiculous expensive
So we were not completely happy for the price. And no shuttle to the airport
Next time I just will go to another hotel. It was very expensive for the little service we had

I usually book Courtyard due to the consistency of the product and inclusive breakfast. However, this time breakfast was not included. It was a pay-for option. When booking the reservation it said breakfast available. As always, I just assumed breakfast was included. This time "breakfast available" meant something else.

Disappointed with staff and with Expedia advertising that the parking was included with the room rate. Staff said it was not and charged us. Unwilling to even work with us on some sort of compromise. Frustrating that Expedia advertises something that the hotel won't honor.

This was not the hotel I expected by the pictures listed on the website. The room was nice though. When I checked in, I was told the $30 parking fee was incorporated into the room cost, but I had an additional $30 charge on my credit card. To charge someone to park their vehicle at your hotel is ridiculous. I will never stay here again for that reason alone.

I went down for a dance competition for my daughter, very quick trip.
Front desk staff was nice and friendly, answered all questions.
My room was nice and clean.
I just didn’t care for the smell of marijuana coming from the other rooms into the hallway, happy my daughter was with the team and not me. It was so strong it was headache worthy.
Also wish the $30 parking fee would have been a little more clear. I was not even there 24 hours so that fee seems a bit high, but what is done is done at this time.

But- I’m not a world traveler, but I stayed in many hotels and this one didn’t even offer a continental breakfast you had to buy breakfast there I thought that was wrong
