Check in was fine, after that it went downhill. Ordered burgers from the bistro and I think the patty was steamed, there was no grill used. Also, we had to go and pick it up from the bistro.
At 2:15 am, someone tried to get in our room. We called the front desk and they sent security to check. They believe it was someone checking in late and went to the wrong room. Didn’t sleep for the rest of the night. The manager said “sorry”.
The last issue is it is the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in. You can hear other people going to the bathroom, walking on the floor above you and in the hallways. On a positive note, they gave us a late check out (an extra hour), and the location is good.

Staff was awesome, property is conveniently located and very walkable. The room was great. Only complaint was the $35 ($40 with taxes) for parking that should just be included with the room.

They did nt even provide us water when we asked them for water they said we have to buy the water from them, first we bought parking from them and thats fine because it was in downtown location but they didnt even have the basic thing to provide drinkable water , i had to go conveniance store just to buy the the water.

The reception staff were friendly but had to move us from a corner room which was cramped and dirty. They said it was not usual to use this room. Every day we had to remind staff to make up the room and clean it , towels etc.
A bad area for homeless people.

Hotel was convenient and clean. Just wish we had a heads up that we would be paying 50$ a day for parking.

Worn appearance in the halls. Room was nice and well appointed. Bed - mattress was okay, but not special like many other Marriotts I’ve been to. Pillows not comfortable - again unlike other Marriotts.
Parking lot was small. Didn’t see the underground parking till after we squeezed into the last above ground spot. Very hard to get out of that spot.

The location is good, close to restaurants and shops. The parking is very small and was full, so we had to park at another location. There are many homeless and people doing drugs in the area, but it seems like it is "normal" for that location.

This property is in a great location. Walkable to byward market, parliament buildings, shopping center and tons of bars and restaurants! Our room was okay. Everything was clean and the bed was fine but our room door didn’t close properly ( so we had to be mindful to double check it every time we left and came back), the water pressure in the shower wasn't the best and there was zero view from our window. Minor complaints - definitely not deal breakers. Staff were nice and helpful - we would stay here again!

Disappointed that had to pay for EV charging in addition to daily parking fee. At hotels we’ve stayed at in the past, the daily fee includes EV charging. This was not communicated at check in when I inquired about chargers so when we got to the spot, had to quickly load the app and add funds before we could use it.

Everything was great except for the first come first serve parking. Also its downtown so be prepared for traffic. There was a protest when i got there and i had to park on a side street for and hour until it passed no fault of the hotel but, however due to location it can be inconvenient to get there.
