My room had flies the shower didn’t have hot water and the light by the headboard didn’t work

This place was disgusting...I've been in prison cells that were cleaner, more comfortable and more inviting. Shower was broken and had no pressure, there were weird stains on the bedding, the door didn't even shut all the way, the parking lot smelled of vomit and sewage and there were cockroaches everywhere.

Our phone didn’t work. The tv remote didn’t work. The beds are stained so bad if you look under the sheets we didn’t even sleep under the covers, we used our own personal ones. The shower didn’t have hot water. The floor was filthy turned the white towel black. Just a complete disregard for cleanliness, maintenance or giving the customer a good experience. I paid almost $100 for a room without a microwave, hot water, and a filthy room. Wouldn’t stay again if it was the last motel 6 in the world.

Convenient location to highway, room condition could have been better.

First room given was outdated and dirty plus toilet was clogged. The outside area had people hanging out just did not appear safe at all. First room didn’t even have a refrigerator. Will not stay again.

I was looking for a reasonably-priced place to stay with my kids after the Orioles game, and I picked this motel. We arrived late - probably 11pm or so, and I waited for about 20 minutes while two men in front of me checked in. The guys kept insisting they have ground floor rooms, and that got me wondering (they didn’t have kids or elderly people with them), so my imagination started going right away, and things didn’t go up from there. The woman at the desk was nice (although be prepared, all interactions are done behind glass). When we got to the room, there was an overwhelmingly odor of stale smoke (and I don’t consider myself sensitive to smells). The room is much much smaller than pictured. There was a red stain on the wall above one bed, and there were dead bugs on each of the covers — actually, we realized they weren’t both dead, one was alive. And while the door closed and could be locked, there were still gaps where you could see/hear outside. And there were some people hanging around out there. Ultimately, my kids were scared, and I was a little, too, and I decided that while I really couldn’t afford it, I was going to have to find somewhere else to stay. I got my kids back into the car and left to find somewhere else.

My room was suppose to be non smoking but I got a smoking room

A very dirty room, an air conditioner with hot air, the smell of marijuana, the main light in the room did not work, it had no shampoo, only hand soap!!!

This is the most ghetto, nasty, disgusting motel I’ve ever stayed in. It was not clean, drugs being sold in parking lot and out of guest rooms, drug heads just walking around like zombies. Front desk clerk was the most unprofessional and nasty.. I really wished I had not prepaid for our 2 night stay. I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!

Was fine if just needing to spend the night somewhere.a few fast food restaurants next door . . I used them for the overnight . Watched a ball game at Camden yards . Used an Uber to transport me to and from . Did not want to drive in the traffic in the city. 10 to 15 minute drive with Uber

Let me start by saying I understand this is a budget motel but the room i was placed in should not be available to rent. Broken light fixture in room with sharp edges. Bathroom door was extremely difficult to open. Literally took all my strength to yank it open. Please keep in mind this was an "accessible room", I have no idea how someone with a physical disability could open it. The shower didn't work at all the first day and then only trickled after it was fixed. I think the button on the handle was jammed. The bare minimum in a motel is a clean room and a working shower. Big hole in the ceiling where it was rotted out. Cat hair in the room on the floor, I did not have a cat. Do not believe the pictures the motel puts out. Location is good and near a lot of fast food places and BWI. Staff was all kind and friendly at least.

My room lacked a microwave oven

broken lights; water stains on the ceiling; litter on the grounds; no dining; no shuttle from or to the airport. This was my first sty at a Motel 6. I will never stay at a Motel 6, again.

The room was poorly maintained. There was a broken light cover and a malfunctioning light. I told the front desk that I would be choosing to not stay there. They refused to refund me. I do not recommend.

There was no microwave or refridgerator. I had to make several trips to the lobby to heat our food. There were half naked hookers all over the place. The housekeeping was terrible! I had Taco Bell wrappers and socks on the side of my bed! The manager and female security guard were very nice though.

I had a reservation for 1 Queen size bed and I got two double beds. When I went down to talk to Kim the lady at the front desk she pretty much said to bad I can give you a refund and you can go somewhere else. I made this reservation a week ahead of time for memorial day weekend for me and my girlfriend to get away for a little bit together. There wasn't going to be a room to be found anywhere else. The satellite TV or whatever they have only works half the time.The rooms are small. They advertise coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. Well no they don't have refrigerators microwaves or coffee machines in the rooms. The rooms were dirty. They advertise that they have a pool. Well no they don't have a pool.

Front desk staff was very helpful.

It appeared persons present on long term..... appeared bummy......persons outside smoking. Worker was pleasant, room was ok - wasnt noisy. Its do-able. We rested well.

Unsafe, drug dealers hanging out outside, people playing loud music throughout the entire night.

EVERYTHING WAS OK. RANDOM PERSON @ 1AM TRIED TO ENTER OUR ROOM. OTHER THAN THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
