Excellent stay. The concierge, particularly Sai Ram was very attentive to our needs and ensured we had a very smooth stay.

Property needs a full makeover, lifts are in terrible state and door keys kept getting faulty. The staff were kind and helpful but it’s a shame no matter how hard they tried the property was a big let down.

Its a great hotel and had a fantastic stay. Excellent breakfast options. The only draw back would be a bit smelly bathrooms, otherwise pretty hygienic.

The shower gel was empty and had to wait for 20/25 mins for them to bring. Very small tissue roll. Overall it’s average. There are better options for the price you pay.

Ibis is perfectly located close to the US visa application office and all IT parks. The staff are fantastic. Special mention : Sai Ram and Nandini. I do recommend having king size beds for families though and more extra beds availability. Not to forget, the breakfast was healthy and no nonsense. Love it!

Whether it was recommending local attractions or ensuring my needs were met, the staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a budget-friendly stay with outstanding service.
Special shoutout to Front Desk Staff member Mr Sai Ram his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. Their welcoming demeanor and attentiveness truly made a difference during my stay. Additionally, kudos to the Housekeeping Manager Mr Dharani for maintaining such impeccable cleanliness. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable environment did not go unnoticed. There is no valet parking, we were driving across with family 3 states and had luggage. No assistnace were given to get luggage from basement to ground floor. Same happened while check out. I had specifally opted for twin beds, which were changed at the time of check in and given queen size bedroom. The bed was small to fit in 3 people. experince was not good at all

Clean & up to date. Friendly, thoughtful, excellent staff. Rooms a little small, but sufficient for a short stay. Location was great for a 15-minute walk to IKEA, which is why we chose Ibis. Small TV, but didn't use it. Breakfast was good; not expansive, but fresh, good quality and enough range of options.

IBIS hotel in itself is a great place to stay. Staff are very courteous, very helpful and reasonably accomadating. The surroundings though are very noisy, which the property itself have no control on, its the nature of the location and common occurence across a busy city. But overall will still recommend this property since the same sort of problem beyond their control can happen a/c other propertiesntoo.

Perfect place to stay if visiting HiTech City. The property is showing its age - and there is a funky smell around the corridors. But that is also the case with most unairconditioned areas or hotels that allow smoking in humid areas. Service and staff was effective. Amenities were adequate.

Ibis is my go to hotel. Little pricey (definitely worth the service). But the staff are extremely professional, courteous and very understanding. I would rate their service (both at reception and the house keeping) as outstanding.

Parking in basement is not good, policy of not giving access to B2 is beyond logic. I had to ask every time some one at front desk, they will come and unlock in the elevator , if they are busy you have to wait, totally unnecessary. restaurant is not clean, lot of dirt. I stayed twice, each time min 3 days, both rooms had issues, some times door won't unlock shower floor drain had issues, water won't drain. door handle loose etc., the only positive thing about this hotel is - food , good quality food, prompt service.

We have enjoyed Beautiful mornings in this place. A good day starts with good mornings. Breakfast buffet was awesome with good approachable staff. Rest of the day passes a quietly as possible with no hassles.I would recommend others to stay here.

The service is terrible for the price you pay. I literally had to carry the plates upstairs’ and the air conditioning is terrible. The mattresses slides out of the bed even when you move little.

The hotel has a modern decor, its exteriors and interiors are stylish in design and colours.
The rooms are well furnished and tastefully draped in designer furnishings.
The hotel staff are polite and friendly and always ready to help. They are well groomed and thorough professionals.
The variety of cusines served in the restaurant are hot and healthy, delicious, well cooked and balanced.

Reception and restaurant staff are all very polite and helpful. Hotel is very presentable and pleasant throughout, and my room is very conducive to peace, rest and comfort.

It’s ok. Small rooms. One elevator did not work. But not a problem. They took my rating seriously and corrected issues I raised. Over all pretty good except Firth’s access which they can’t do any thing about.

There was a very nice garden area off the main lobby with plenty of seating and greenery. The restaurant was very spacious and the Indian food selection was top notch.
