The whole hotel smell like mildew my room had mailed you and it. It started affecting my health. I had to check out the very next day.

It was a very quiet place the staff were friendly
The only thing that was bothering was when I checked into my room I tried to shower but the shower head fell off told the receptionist that it needed to be fixed and nobody came to fix it so I just dealt with it other then that it was a very nice place to stay

Hotel is under construction. Pool under consideration, no constant electricity or Wi-Fi or air conditioning, no regular laundry service no regular house keeping. Bathroom wasn't clean in a week. Poor service.

Cleaning service was horrible. Never clean the bathroom properly arrived during renovation. I would not have booked if i knew in advance. No pool, no outside bar, very slow laundry service, no constant wifi, no constant electricity and no constant air conditioning. Very uncomfortable and muggy. Will not use this hotel again.

The hotel was well kept and I felt very safe .when I give my lundry to wash it was well done and folded I really in joy my stay at that hotel I will recommend any one it really worth the stay thank you .

The laundry service was great. House keeping was horrible and was told not to provide services to my room for a day because i asked for clean sheets. Never cleaned toliet or mirrors in room. Room smelled muggy and wet so had to keep ac on which was very cold. add said free shuttle bus to and from airport but was not true. Tv didnt have service for the last night i was there.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I feel safe at this hotel. Beds are so comfortable. The only issue I had was our toilet kept running and the shower was hard to adjust. This is my favorite hotel in Lagos. I refuse to stay anywhere else.

Shower did not work, TV had very poor quality, room was very dirty, pool area was stinking with bad odour! Complementary breakfast was only for one person!

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone! I changed my room within hours of check-in because shower was not working and new room had limited hot water! Pool area was stinking with bad odour from the toilet nearby! My husband was not served breakfast and we were told that only one person gets complementary breakfast! Advertised airport shuttle was not available! Hotel did not meet up with my expectations.

The wifi was just in the room. It was okay. The bed was comfortable. But the bathroom needs attention. And the food doesn’t taste good the cook needs to be changed. Overall it was okay.

Only the girl who is doing her IT works really hard there. The others are like civil servants always sitting behind the counters just shouting orders at her. So disgusting. The hotel has good facilities but the staff are real problem. I had to lift my luggage to check-in myself after arriving the hotel by after 1pm and told there was no room available by the front desk in the most insulting and nonchalant way. Something that could have been said in a courteous manner to achieve the same result. They need serious training on manners. Its not what you say that matters but how you put it together.

Its a good hotel and an entry level luxury hotel at least with a huge difference from neighbouring hotels. Most things are as presented. The bed are wonderful and the furniture is very awesome and the work station is very comfortable.

This place is absolutely horrible. First they advertise a shuttle to and from airport. That is not the truth. They offer no such service. Secondly, they charged me $42 for a towel that they said I damaged. I was sick from breakfast and I understand, but $42? Stay away spend your money anywhere but here

The restaurant servers were excellent! Room Service food orders were very limited due to poor inventory of food items noted on the menu. Selection was limited, but food received was a good portion and fresh. The bathroom had a water leak and the room smelled moldy, with black stains on the walls coming through the paint. The A/C worked well. Poor wifi connectivity; service was unreliable from the room we occupied. Despite friendly and helpful staff I would not book here again.

My stay at pearlwort hotel was amazing and the service is wonderful.. but i think they need to add more effort to the chef cause the rice i told was not what i was expecting to get or maybe it cause of the pandemic..

The staff was outstanding. They were kind, attentive and professional.
The hotel hallways needed a few repairs, but the rooms were kept quite clean daily.
The restaurant food was just okay, but reasonably priced.
Overall, I was very happy staying at the Pearlwort Hotel.
