The girls at the desk were very friendly. The shower pan in the room was filthy. The bed was so soft you just sank down. Not good on a bad back.

We came down to get breakfast they told us they were closed when all the food was still out not cover but beside the breakfast part it was a great stay .

Area around the hotel was not the best but there was a restaurant/bar in the hotel so that made it better.
I was over charged on the meal I had at the restaurant/bar by 25 dollars. I will call the bank tomorrow morning to address this issue.

The hotel was not clean. They rushed to finish our room and it was obvious. Also we were charged for a night on hotels.com when the hotel claims to be fully booked so we had to find a different hotel for that night - after midnight ! We are having a VERY DIFFICULT TIME GETTING THE CHARGE REFUNDED!

Check-in took to long,hallways was dirty,ice machine didn’t work,room was dirty,tub had tissue in it and no bath towels.

The reason I booked a King suite is because the listing said complimentary roll away bed. Upon check in i was told no rollaway, they dont offer. The pullout was too small for my boy and girl teen so I spent my anniversary on a pullout with my daughter. The bar restaurant only had 1 sweet lady working so it was extremely slow. The coffee in the room was decaf. The remote was missing, took several attempts to remedy that issue. I paid over $250 for this. Oh and the breakfast is not free however the attached Hilton Home 2 has free breafast so book next door. The employees were very friendly.

Front desk staff were rude and dismissive at check in. Rooms were both filthy. Carpets so dirty our feet were gross. Hallway carpets worse. One pillow on my bed was dirty and the pillowcase had not been washed. Dust everywhere. And the AC unit smelled like mold. Worse Hilton property I've ever visited. Will not return.

On arrival 2 employees were having a heated discussion. Hallways on the 4th floor were not clean at all. Loud dumpster noise at 0400 caused us to awake. And outrageous cost for breakfast which should have been included.

For the most part everyone was friendly , I had requested a late check out when initially booking but then when I called and asked I was told I would be charged an extra day for any checkout that was late.

We overnighted here on our way through Alabama. This hotel had easy parking and close proximity to a number of well-reviewed restaurants, as well as Railroad Park. When we checked in, we could hear the symphony music from the park. We chose to walk down the block for breakfast instead of paying for the one at the hotel. This was the best hotel shower I've experienced in quite some time; adequate water pressure, good temperature controls, and a full glass shower door with decent products. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable, albeit a little loud from rude neighbors, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

I really liked my stay the only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for breakfast so I just decided to skip that.

They cancelled 2 of my 3 rooms at Home To Suites and failed to. I tidy us until week of my daughter’s college graduation. So we paid more to stay at the Hilton property. Front desk service very unfriendly. No room clean up service at all for the 3 rooms we reserved. Shower out of shampoo. Breakfast area very messy, trash cans overflowing, ran out of coffee creamer, cups, lids, etc. we will not be back.

Hotel is located close to dining options to walk to. Breakfast is not free and the bar shuts down before it is supposed to but all in all I would stay here again.

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. But, it was alot of noise outside from being downtown. It keep waking me and my 13 year old daughter up. I wanted to stay close
to UAB hospital because my son is in the hospital.I will not stay here anymore.

Loud outside noise sounded like a dumpster and train carts hitting each other. The room seemed clean but the hallways were not , dead bugs on the floor, the elevator was nasty and the breakfast was not up to part.

Took over 35 minutes to check in. Then had to go back and get new key cards the first set would not open security gate.

We traveled to Birmingham from chattanooga for a concert. This hotel was a couple miles away from the venue but it was clean, quiet and we felt safe in the downtown area. We would stay here again or recommend it.
