The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception. Good enough hostel when you know in advance about the check-in.

The owners are super nice, its not far from the center of cancun. And the price is very decent

They were very attentive and nice. Accommodations match well the description and pictures.

Check in was quick, the young lady was very nice. It's a bit of a challenge to find but it all worked out. Internet was good, nice hot water, quiet and clean.
