My stay was brief as I went for a concert. Everything was satisfactory.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everything was good except the bathroom. The bathroom was not cleaned. Used soap in the shower, hair on the floor. The tub didnt drain when you showered and when we came back to our room in the evening our bathroom was flooded from a leaking faucet.

Fabulous check-in staff. ! Room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Convenient to I 10.

Everything was spectacular. I have no complaints everything from the early check-in because we had to be to a wedding for two they understood they were polite. The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve had in years at a hotel and the location had everything within walking distance. I highly recommend if I’m ever in Birmingham again I will stay here.

The sink in room 410 drained very very slow.

I stayed in a limited mobility room. It was the best choice for me. The bathroom was so accommodating. I was able to enjoy my shower because it was easy to get in and out. The hand held shower made a world of difference. I would recommend this location to everyone.

We were very disappointed that the hotel was surrounded by a very run down and rough neighborhood. Burned up and abandoned houses were in the area too. There was yelling in the parking lot in the middle of the night too.

The hotel and room are nice. The neighborhood around it has some work that needs to be did but overall, it's a good place to stay. The bed was comfy. The staff was friendly.

The room smelled of smoke for a non smoking room. Just wasn't up to standards for the price.

Initially had a issue with the bathroom sink not draining like it should.

The bedding was torn. There was trash was hair, dust, and crumbs in between the head bord and matress. There was a bug on the bed. The fitting sheet had a tear, and there was stain on the bottom mattress. The base borads were partially pulled away from the wall in my room and through out the hotel. The hotel requires a major upgrade. I am thankful I was able to get a full refind date visited 6/16/24

It sucked did a reservation online got there after a 3 hour drive and was told sorry we have no rooms

In a very sketchy part of town. Walked outside and had a homeless person try and sell me a flatscreen tv on the sidewalk that was clearly stolen lol. Room reeked of smoke. What I will positively say is the actual staff was extremely polite and tentative and helpful.
