Inside the compound walls I have no complaints, however, as is typical in Nigeria, everything is surrounded by slums.

The served every day it’s was very good the employees very friendly employees only had a small inconvenience on the last day the last there was no water to bathe they had to bring me in buckets

The hotel in overall is excellent.

We were very excited about staying at this hotel on my final days in Lagos. I thought that it would have all the qualities of a "four-star" hotel in the U.S., but that wasn't the case. The front desk staff was very dismissive. Our first room was very noisy, we were put above the bar and kitchen. We asked to be moved as soon as possible, which they said they would do. Well, not only were we left in the room, but it took until late afternoon to get us moved. This was after several trips to the front desk just to be told it would be 20 minutes longer. I needed to shower and unwind, but we were left sitting for hours with packed luggage, which I wasn't going to unpack just to be moved. I do want to give a shout out to the lady in the gift shop, whe was amazing. The gentleman that checked us in and the gentleman that helped us get to airport were also amazing. The rest of staff needs improvement. Would not recommend.

It was such a nice surprise that everything was in a working condition, after spending a week in another city. Staff was very professional and attentive. Nice bonus was that bathroom had two universal power outlets that allowed my US chargers to fit nicely. Breakfast buffet had both Nigerian and Western dishes, and staff was very helpful. Airport shuttle was available and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The room was very spacious, the breakfast was okay. We didn't stay for long because it was just a pit stop for our flight it's very suitable for travelers because it's close to the airport.

This property is gorgeoussss. I love it.well centralised. Very easy to locate and near the local and international airport. Very clean and staff members are very cautious. Breakfast not to my taste but manageable. Chef should buckle up. Complimentary transport to the airport was awesome. Driver very polite and helpful. He drove professionally obeyed all traffic and road signs and speed limits. I will difiinetly stay at Rollace Hotel again and again. 👍👍👍👏👏👏

Nice simple hotel. We stayed twice at this hotel. The rooms are pretty spacious, with comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast is quite nice, with delicious food options. The Nigerian food is better than the western offerings. The outdoor pool area is a relaxing place to hangout, but can be buggy since the tables don’t seem to be cleaned often. Use insect repellent if going outside. We had one issue with the front desk not recording the number of days in our reservation properly. It was a prepaid reservation as well. We did point this out, expecting it to be resolved quickly. Unfortunately, the front desk did not correct the issue resulting in staff walking into our room without knocking and several phone calls expecting us to have checked out. It was a very annoying afternoon, which could have been avoided. Overall, the stay was pleasant enough and may stay again in the future.

This hotel is of international standard, staff are very proactive and happy to help , the room are big and the bed very comfortable, cleanliness is top notch. For the price it’s a bargain .

The only complaint is that takes forever to get meals delivered, wether it be poolside or room service. Other than that I love this place. I have been here several times and I will continue to come back

Availability of after hours food service and space to entertain visitors.Like the Laudryservice .Slow response to repairs in the hotel suits is my only complain.

The room was very nice, clean & comfortable....staff was very nice & professional, my only complaint was the tv in the room didn't show a clear picture, I told them about it at the front desk & they said maintenance will fix it & it never was fixed also...breakfast was good but would have preferred a variety of meat instead of hot dogs & they only offered water & coffee for the beverages (no juice, no cold milk)

The bed was the most luxurious bed I have ever slept in. After an exhausting trip from the USA and my connecting flight from Lagos to Warri was cancelled, I had to stay overnight. While the surrounding area is congested with vendors and much poverty, the inside of the compound is secure to outsiders.

I loved the vibe. My only complaint is when I ordered room service or requested toiletries, I always had to call twice.
