Great stay!

No complaints everything was good

I had a very pleasant stay here. Location was great and everything was clean. My only complaint was that I was charged $12 for a room free, not sure why. I did not drink the water bottles in the room….

I didn’t get any credit or drinks that were advertised upon arrival, but it was a very convenient hotel at a very affordable price for my short stay. View was mid, but it was a comfy little hotel, nothing fancy.

This is a very well operated Hotel. Easy access to all Tulum has to offer without the inconvenience of the beach road Hotels. I have stayed in most of the 4 to 5 star Hotels in Tulum over the past 20 years and prefer the Aloft. Its a very friendly Hotel that you can really enjoy with all the restaurants and shops within walking distance. I will be returning to Tulum again shortly and will again stay at the Aloft .

Great value for money. It’s located exactly midway from the beach and the city, you can walk or bike both ways. The rooms are clean and service is good. The rooftop pool and bar are good as well.

There are other options in the area far better for the price.

My recent stay at Aloft in Tulum, Mexico, was far from the relaxing getaway I had anticipated. Despite the hotel’s promising amenities and favorable location, our experience was marred by a series of unfortunate events, culminating in a significant inconvenience that greatly impacted our vacation. Upon arriving, we were initially impressed with the modern design and the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. However, our positive impressions quickly faded when we encountered a major issue with our room. Shortly after settling in, we discovered that our room was flooded. The shock and discomfort of finding water all over the floor cannot be overstated. Not only was it a safety hazard, but it also caused a great deal of stress as we scrambled to protect our belongings from damage. The response from the hotel staff, while prompt, did not fully compensate for the distress caused. We were moved to another room, but the process was far from smooth. The disruption to our stay was significant, requiring us to repack our belongings, navigate through the hotel's reassignment process, and settle into a new room, all of which consumed time and energy that should have been spent enjoying our vacation. Furthermore, the inconvenience of moving rooms disrupted our plans for the day and left us feeling unsettled and frustrated. Great for a quick stay

Everything was great except hotel WiFi was bad. The first floor was spotty for reception.

Great place to stay in Tulum. Central location to beaches and the city center. Everything was fantastic, from staff being friendly and helpful, location, cleanliness the hotel did not disappoint. Lots of amenities close by to make your stay perfect! Rooftop pool was also a great space.

The pool area needs better cushions

Solid hotel midway between downtown Tulum and the beach. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Only gripe were that the pool loungers were tired and menu was limited.

We loved Aloft! Stayed here as a family for a week. Beautiful hotel with all the amenities we needed, including two nice pools and a gym. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the destination fee and free breakfast. For $20 a day, we got a daily free shuttle to the beach, $30 to spend on food, and enjoyed the complimentary trip to a gorgeous lagoon to snorkel. I would recommend this hotel to couple and families without hesitation.

Great spot between El Centro and the hotel zone. Easy drive to both. Hotel was very nice but the services and amenities were lacking when compared to other hotels at this level. However the price was fantastic. Very good value!

Over a good spot if you have a car

It was difficult to navigate the amenities offered to me. I asked for assistance on the beach shuttle and i was told to scan a QR code. It did not work for me and the gentleman at the adventure desk told me thats the only way. He did not help me. The credit i was offered for food was to be used at breakfast or the WXYZ restaurant. You can only choose one during the day, that was not clear, and i was disappointed . They were housekeeping issues i will not elaborate.

The routes are totalled , do not rent a car , just move your self in taxi if budget allow it

Aloft Tulum wasn't the best hotel for a family trip. It is far from all but a few restaurants, as well as the Tulum ruins and the beaches. We had a car and the hotel does offer parking, but it's hard to find parking everywhere else in Tulum. The area around the hotel is really noisy at night (particularly on the weekends), which is probably great if you are young but not so great for a family that wants to hit the beach early tomorrow morning.

Wanting to charge for drinking water...even with prepaid breakfast? Illigal. Loking for extra charges non stop

This property exceeded our expectations. Our entire group was impress by the facilities both in the rooms as well as the common areas. Would definitely stay here again if they keep their prices the same!
