Centrally located in Ginza, blocks from the main shopping areas and the Ginza/Hibiya/Marunochi. Hotel was easy to find, functional lobby, can get crowded and busy at peak hours. Separate lifts to guest rooms. Decent sized rooms for Tokyo, comfortable. Can recommend and will stay again.

Amazing hotel in Ginza. This has been our favorite hotel of our trip to Japan so far. The room is huge and comfortable for our family of four and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The concierge was able to book us a sushi dinner at a nearby restaurant and it was an amazing experience and exactly what we were looking for. Just a few blocks from the outer fish market, close to Ginza six shopping district and very close to metro stations. We were really happy with our choice to stay at this hotel during our time in Tokyo.

Nice central hotel, stylish and comfortable. Executive floor rooms are very nice, but the benefits are meager and not really worth it. Wi-fi was not at all good.

The hotel is in a great location if you want to be in Ginza. Very close to all the shopping area and also close to the fish market Very friendly staff and a great concierge service. The hotel is comfortable and very clean. We loved staying there.

Comfortable stay, the room is on the smaller size relative to international hotels, but still comfy. The hotel is conveniently located next to several subway lines and also Tsukiji market.

This was our first stop in Japan. The hotel was just a short walk from the train station. The FANTASTIC Lawson was directly across the street!!! The room was comfortable and luxurious. The extra amenities were WONDERFUL! All kinds of shopping and food choices within walking distance. It was such a terrific “home base” to come back to each night after exploring the city during the day. The staff was so incredibly helpful with the luggage delivery to our next stop. Would LOVE to return to this hotel!!!

I was very happy with the high level of customer service at this hotel. I will stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

There are a lot of brand name stores around to shop, good coffee stores to taste and restaurants to eat

It was a great location and well appointed hotel for the price. The only thing was that my room didn’t get cleaned and when I asked it to be cleaned it still wasn’t. A lady from the reception came up to verify that it hadn’t been cleaned took pictures but never heard about a solution or offer for the inconvenience. Other than that. A great experience

Staff was exceptional

A bit over rated. The WiFi at the hotel is terrible. There are plenty of places to stay in the area that aren’t as expensive as the Grand Bach. The breakfast is definitely not worth it at all.

Ideal location, 3 minutes walking distance from Higashi Station, a couple of blocks away from the tourist attractions but in a quiet area itself, friendly staff, clean rooms, upscale feeling, free water everyday, three choices for breakfast, the Japanese style was great. The AC unit was very quiet and efficient. Complete blackout curtains (no leak of lights even from the gap between the curtains and frames) and had very sound sleep every night.

The hotel was very good. The staff were also excellent. Downsides were cleaning (only beds made during the stay, no dusting). Everything else was extra and the extras were very expensive. There is also a tax for Tokyo hotels (which I wasn't aware of before and came as a shock).

The hotel was very good and staff very helpful. The only thing is that when I made the reservation it was with breakfast included. At the property they told me that it was included only for the adults and not for the kids. After explaining the situation they understood and agreed to also include it for the kids.

The hotel room condition is good, and the location is excellent. It is convenient to shop or eat and travel to other area.
