Everything. The washroom seat was broken, there were cockroaches in the room, there were stains on the walls. A completely ugly room.

At night 11:00 pm, I will arrive in Hotel, but the hotel manager deny to provide the room. It is very bad experience to search another hotel in late night and after 1 am I have got one hotel which is also not a good but can manage due to no option. I don't like this type comment.

Location was close to Kacheguda Railway Station. There was good connectivity around the place. Food, transport and other general facilities were easily accessible.

During check-in, the receptionist mentioned that the amount what I paid was less than the market and it was difficult to get a room. I already had a confirmation from booking.com that my room was booked and I will be getting the best service. But the reality was something else, the receptionist treated as if there were no rooms and I should look for other rooms nearby. In the night there were fire sparks coming from the fan and electricity was getting shut, We had to sleep the whole night without fan. Overall, I would rate receptionist as the worst receptionist I have ever seen in life.

The staff is rude. No cleanliness. There are red ants all over the room. Washrooms are too small and not comfortable. The staff is lazy too. We had to ask them multiple times to clean the room. Not recommended at all
