Location very good for exploring York . Nice and clean

When we arrived we had no sharp knives. I contacted the property and they said they would get some to us but never did so we had to m as manage without them. We were five adults and the sofa space wasn’t enough to accommodate us all. Could do with some extra seating. Could also do with some extra kitchen utensils.

Location excellent for anyone with a dog, lovely park opposite. Quiet location, very friendly neighbour who suggested some places to visit. Good shower.

Good location, nice and quiet. Car was left for the stay and not touched, even with stuff on display. A good size house, ideal for family. Not far from the city station. We used an Uber/Taxi and it was £8.

Nothing much, the only thing was the TV sits too high on the wall, but thats just personal preference.

The house was great value for money and presented to a high standard. Over the weekend we walked, bused as well as used our car to get into York.

The only thing is the downstairs space and facilities didn't match the number of bedrooms eg. we ate spread over a number of chairs around the room as well as the dining table..

Great house, really comfortable beds, immaculately clean, really good size. Quiet location, with a brilliant park and playground opposite. Hosts were responsive and everything worked seamlessly. Being on a bus route into town was great with younger kids, but the 30 minute walk into town is easy as well.

A larger dining table and a couple of extra chairs to allow all guests to sit and dine together would have been fantastic. Also perhaps some patio furniture (we were there on a really warm weekend!).

Clean throughout. Lovely lounge/dining area. Beds comfortable. Great to have so many bedrooms so we could all get together. Kitchen was great and having towels and tea towels was very useful. Easy walk into the city too.
