Breakfast buffet was very normal, most times dishes are not replaced. The way restaurant handle pork at the buffet makes me very disappointed. Restaurant and chefs uniforms are very dirty. You can clearly see dirts on their uniforms. Hotel need major revisions on their food safety management system. It seems like it is ok for management as we can see senior management team members take Breakfast everyday in same restaurant. I am very disappointed and will never return to hotel. I felt I wasted 10 nights at this hotel.

Toilets should be better cleaned after the departure of the guests. As most of the guests stayed during the time I stayed are Muslims and I think we should keep pork on a separate dish where it will not get mixed up. It was in 2 different dishes but in 1 closed container. Which some guest may have used the tongs to take pork and chicken sausage.

It provides a private space with essential amenities and services for us to relax, unwind, and feel at home. The room is typically well-appointed with a comfortable bed, clean linens, and ample storage for belongings.

Amazing service. When I arrived, they took our luggage and in the front desk they gave us fresh pineapple juice and that tasted heavenly after a long day. The entrance lobby is so beautiful. Service man took our luggage again after check in and he took us to our room and showed everything there. Room was good and clean, I could see the sea from the balcony. Our stay was excellent experience.

Mattress was good, staff very friendly, the location was good for shopping etc.

Entrance to the hotel is in a small road, building work is going on nearby. TV didn't work, we had to make our own coffee at breakfast!

Rooms were clean and easier to stay. Very comfortable indeed. In addition to that Service of Hassan was great.

Dinner at Rice bowl was not good. we ordered something and we got another thing. was fine but charged for the food we did not get.

Staffs are so good and so so Srilankan friendly.

woman behind the front desk was rude and weird. she thought I was stealing from the mini bar (and lying when I said that I didn’t have anything from there) so she wouldn’t let me leave when I checked out until housekeeping went and checked the room. also the air conditioning was so weak that the room was boiling by 8:30am the gym also had no air movement or air con so you’re effectively working out in a sauna

The checking process were extremely slow (the guy called Trevor was ultra super slow).

Had a one night stay at the Hotel, It was a pleasant experience indeed. Hotel staff is friendly and the close proximity to the Colombo urban locations is advantageous if you're looking to stay somewhere in the center of Colombo. Safe and sound environment to have a stay and for dining
