Overall

For those able to travel (using the regular shuttle or a taxi) the location issue is eliminated. Especially those younger and willing/wishing to enhance their step count. Quality wise Novotel is equivalent to those found in the high rate Clock Tower class, but for a fraction of the cost.

Location was known, everything else exceeded expectations.

A good hotel to stay in if you come to Makkah by car, the facilities are top notch. The rooms are well maintained and they provide 24/7 shuttle service every 30 minutes. In addition, it’s away from the main traffic.

The only drawback about this hotel was the parking as they have limited spots and perhaps because of the peak season (Saudi National Day). However, we managed to find a public parking right infront of the hotel which was free and safe to park

نظافة دورة المياه

بصراحة فندق كان ممتاز وطاقم الفندق ايضا ما عليها أي ملاحظات الاستقبال شباب وبنات ما شاء الله عليهم ما قصرو معنا. وشكر كبير لمنظفي الغرف ع تلبية احتياجاتنا

كل شي كان حلو من ناحية نظافة والاكل كان مرتب مكان حلو مع اطلالة جهة الجبل. ملاحظة بسيطة فرشات أسنان كانت غير متوفرة ف الغرفة. وعامل عدم ازعاج للغرفة. موظفين طرقو الباب

الفندق مرتب و الغرف نظيفة و حلوة و الأهم السرير جداً مريح و الموظفين متعاونين عبارة عن 4 أبراج منفصلة ، أسعارهم حلوة و معقولة ، الفندق بعيد عن الحرم بس كل نص ساعة في باصات توصل

ما كان في بالغرف لا فرش أسنان و لا سليبر و ماكان في استجابة من لما بلغتهم و غير كمان الساعة 12 مقفل المقهى و المطعم يعني المفروض يكون ع الأقل المطبخ مفتوح 24 ساعة خاصةً لما الواحد يكون جاي عمرة و راجع نص الليل مثلاً و يبغى يطلب اكل للغرفة !!في معظم الفنادق المطبخ مفتوح و ع الأقل يستقبل طلبات الغرف

المواقف عند عودتي من اداء العمرة رجعت للفندق الساعة الحادية عشر مساءً وعند توجهي للمواقف قام حارس الامن بمنعي من الوقوف وتوجهي للفندق رقم 3 لماذا الفندق ادارة الفندق لاتلتزم بالعرض الذي قدمته بتطبيق ال BOOKING

بارك الله في العاملين والفندق راقي جدا

لا سوق فيه كما تعلمون نحتاج للسوق داخلي

مستوى فخامة ونظافة الفندق ومساحة الغرف والأسرة المريحة والإطلالة من الأدوار العليا مميزة

قد يكون موقع الفندق البعيد عن الحرم مزعج قليلا في ضرورة الإعتماد على باص الفندق في الذهاب والعودة للحرم واستحالة الوصول للحرم مشي مثل الفنادق المحيطة بالحرم

Super clean room, modern decoration, huge prayer rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, great value

The shuttle bus drop area at Al Masjid Al haram was called Sheib Amer, a little bit far from the Kaaba , around 10 minutes walking distance, but shuttle buses are every half an hour or less

Nice rooms, with modern furniture, and descent space.

Fridge is little week. Shuttle Bus is not up to the level.

Everything was excellent except the check in time.

Check in time, this ahould be changed to morning.

New and well equipped, very clean and tidy

Staff is not professional,not efficient ,not competent and not caring about their guests or even the hotel reputation. The shuttle transportation was very bad, the drivers were always late , buses are few, small, dirty and not sufficient. Drivers were impolite with the guests !!!!! We tried the dinner open puffet, amount was insufficient, with no refill even after requesting from the restaurant supervisor Mr Osman!!!!!!
