I recently had the pleasure of staying at MK Suites in Hyderabad, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the exceptional hospitality and personalized service provided by the owner, Manesh. From the moment I arrived, Manesh went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His warm welcome set the tone for the entire visit, and I felt like a valued guest throughout my time at the apartments. One standout aspect of my experience was Manesh's commitment to ensuring that I not only enjoyed my stay within the apartments but also had a great understanding of the neighborhood. On the first day, he took the time to personally guide me on a tour outside the apartments, providing insights into the local area and pointing out key landmarks and amenities. This thoughtful gesture made me feel more connected to the surroundings and added a personal touch to my stay. Moreover, as a traveler without a local Indian phone number, I faced challenges ordering food online. Manesh went out of his way every night to assist me in placing food orders, demonstrating a level of customer service that is truly commendable. My recommendation to the hotel is to change the pillows to a more fluffier ones which will be comfier. otherwise everything is perfect.

Spacious room

No room service was available, no breakfast provided,no reception, Toilet was too narrow, and there was no exhaust fan in Toilet, It's very horrible experience

The biggest asset for this nice property is Manish, it's owner and manager. He is extremely guest friendly, who leaves no stone unturned to ensure guest satisfaction!

Finding Uber/Rapido/Ola during the peak time in the morning or when it rains, is the only difficulty I faced.

Nothing , it was an apartment converted to rooms and does not come under hotel category . I don’t understand how you show them as hotel .

They first denied me rooms with parking as I booked the lowest priced options . After I told them to cancel the booking they called me to say booking is live . 1. Toilet was like you can’t move 360 degrees, you can move side wise . 2. You can’t switch off ac if it’s not required. 3. Lift entry / exit like if you miss steps you will fall down . 4. No idea how it has become hotel . 5 . I doubt that they have hotels licenses.

great rate, good location & host.

It was clean, hygienic and well kept. The staff were very well behaved. They allowed us before time checkin. It was a safe place to stay for anyone with no disturbance at all.

A bit off-road and in interior. The quality of mattress was very very poor. No charging point anywhere near the bed. Although they provide us with an extension board but that also has loose points..we just had to make it work somehow to charge our devices.
