I had an early flight and decided to stay at a hotel near the airport and take the 4:30 am shuttle. I was pleased with my choice of the Wingate at BWI. The room was comfortable and the shuttle driver was very pleasant. Check-in and check-out were quick. My only concern was that the internet did not work in my room, but as soon as I stepped in the hallway, it worked.
There is a nice dining area for breakfast. I sat there to use the internet.
Breakfast is included, but I left before breakfast.

Disgusting dried residue on couch. No PARKING! My husband asked the front desk where to park and the women said "anywhere i clduinf disability spots." We never found one and ended parking on the curb at the street. Cars were parked on the grass...everywhere. The front desk was rude the next day when my husband told them the ordeal and dissmissive. They told us a rental car company delivers cars there at night. Never will stay again.

our stay was fine but I'd like to point out there is an issue with the elevators. I wound up walking down twice from the fifth floor. Pushing the button to call for the elevator didn't seem to work and the left elevator didn't work at all. Otherwise our stay was fine

The room had a small couch with only one chair. You can only watch television in the bedroom. The couch was so worn out you sink down inside of it and the chair had a weak piston and constantly went down. The check in staff was rude. A slim black girl who asked for the documents, set them on the counter and said your room is down the hall to the right. I realize people have bad days but you should make the process automated. There are gnats in the room!!

I'll have to say my stay at this hotel was quite, the first two nites i heard no door slaming, plp coming in late at nite & waking up early. The weekend was not bad at all also.

won't be booking with hotels.com again. refund policy had no wiggle room even in the case of an emergency. terrible service, apathy. no thanks

We enjoyed our visit to the hotel. It was very clean, comfortable, and everything was as expected for our stay. It's always a treat when you enter a well put together room as this was.

Everything was wonderful and for the first time in a very long time I enjoyed the breakfast. It was great!

The room appeared clean but smelled very strongly of cat urine. My friend had arrived before me and was sound asleep so demanding a different room was not possible. In the morning, showers weren’t possible because the shower wouldn’t drain quickly enough. Showering in 3” of water is not what I paid for and if I wanted a bath, I wouldn’t be taking a shower. The bed was comfortable. Sleeping in a car or on a chair in the lobby still would have been more pleasurable. When I told the woman who was in charge and walking down the hallway (about the cat urine and the shower), she continued to walk and then entered the office with an “okay.” Seems like the information was so common that she didn’t bat an eye.

It was quite clean - esp the bathroom wc I’m picky about. Loved the oversized leather armchair, and the clean, crisp white beddings, etc.
Lobby furniture though I found rather tacky. Thumbs up for hot breakfast area (even if the hot water feature wasn’t working). Airport shuttle service — THANK YOU! And driver was respectful and friendly — and ON TIME! And oh yes, WiFi was at high speed! So, all in all - 👍

This property definitely needs more parking spaces. After 10pm it's virtually impossible to get a spot. We had to park on the street for 2 nights

My husband and I stayed here during a quick layover at BWI. Overall, the hotel was perfect for what we needed ( a place to sleep and shower). The hotel is a little older, but I wasn't bothered by it considering our room was clean. The front desk was very nice and the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport was prompt and easy to use. Overall, great spot and met all our needs.

We stayed because we were exhuasted from out travel experience and I just couldnt see myself driving for an hour at 2 am.Just a place to sleep before or after leaving BWI. No frills, kinda run down , but it served its purpose.

I came seeking a nice quiet and relaxing space and the Wingate by Wyndham BWI definitely came through and provided that. I enjoyed my stay and I'd stay again.
