It was nice using the app for check in, my room key & check out. Service in the restaurant was good. My room was clean. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the smell of strong cleaners in the main lobby area is strong when you walk in. I believe the cleaner Fabuloso was used & when walking through the lobby it about knocks you over.

The one thing I would do is put a safety stick or something similar on the shower floor because it was slippery. The lack of a non slick finish could be a liability situation.

I chose this property based on shuttle to and from the airport and parking at hotel. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

We stayed the night at Double Tree and took the free shuttle at 4am to BWI for a 6am flight. Also used Global Parking there for the entire 12 days away. Easy and less expensive than long term parking at the airport. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved the extra nice touch of the warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival! Delish!

Everything was fine and the staff was very pleasant, until the night that the power went out on the property. The elevators in the wing I was staying in were out so we had to go through the maintenance room to get to the stairs to get to our room (which was a little creepy at night). Since the power was out there was no hot water to shower and the room was dark. The power came on around noon the next day. This is why o gave the rating that I did.

The young lady that checked me in was a little lazy. Didn’t tell me the hours for breakfast, didn’t greet me according to my tier status and didn’t provide free waters for us, did explain the food and beverage items. I was very disappointed. Called back down to request waters and she said we had to come all the way back down stairs to get the waters. Would have been nice to get them the first time

We had a few bugs in our room. The hotel was full so they couldn't accommodate a room switch. They didnt offer us a discount on the stay or anything. Such an inconvenience for 2 days.

During the evening/night the lights went out and we were in the room no tv no microwave barely any lights with children and nothing was done about this issue ! No on apologized reached out to customers or anything.

This property needs some updates but was comfortable for an overnight stay. I didn’t care much for the dinner I had but breakfast the next morning was pretty good. The front desk staff was excellent!!

Check in was very easy like the park and fly feature. Reservation was for a queen bed but hotel queens are only 54" wide which was not what I reserved. Bed also sloped to the middle. Not a very restful night glad it was only 1 night. Have stayed here before beds were fine had a double queen then 1 was 60" wide the other smaller. It worked in that situation.
