During the evening/night the lights went out and we were in the room no tv no microwave barely any lights with children and nothing was done about this issue ! No on apologized reached out to customers or anything.

The stay was wine. Service was awful. We sat for at least 30 minutes for breakfast and didnt even get a water. There was one lady running it.

Specifically selected Doubletree because of Hilton reputation and because of airport shuttle. This was a last minute booking due to flight cancellation, so airport shuttle was imperative in choice. Hotel was 2.6 miles from airport. We waited 50 minutes for shuttle. Calling hotel directly to inquire about shuttle, we were hung up on, put in hold, snapped at, and rudely treated. Reservation offered breakfast included for a fee, which we agreed to. However breakfast didn’t start until 6:30/AM and we were told we, in fact, did not get free breakfast, and that it couldn’t possibly be served before our 7AM shuttle. After showing hotel receptionist our confirmation showing breakfast included, she was quite rude and dismissed us. Because we needed to be on the 7 AM shuttle, we left without breakfast, having paid extra for it. In all my years as a Hilton Honors member staying at many Hilton properties across the country, I have never been so poorly treated or so disappointed in the service. I would NEVER recommend this property to any traveler.

The lady who check me in, she was very friendly, helpful and professional. Personnel like her make places enjoyable and acceptable. Well located to the airport. Shuttle service it's fine

Needs updating, not just aesthetics but real updating to make it functional

The devil bed that we had had no air-conditioning. We had maintenance try and fix it and they could not. The room was over 80° at 2 o’clock in the morning. I finally got them to put me in another room with one bed. It was not comfortable, and they charge me the same price.

Over all a good stay

This is the only DoubleTree I've ever visited that did not have cookies. Honestly, the cookies were the main reason I booked...and the airport shuttle.

Clean, modern but ….. coffee is not free in lobby? Breakfast is expensive.

I’m giving four stars because the tub didn’t drain well, and the AC didn’t cool the room very well. But the staff was BEYOND NICE! Everyone was awesome! And they have a 24 hour free shuttle to the airport and train station. Most other properties don’t offer that, or only the airport. The room was clean, renovated, and well appointed. I was only there for 11 hours, but I would definitely stay again. For the price, the amenities and friendly people are certainly of a higher standard than most other places.

It was ok. I There was a lot of noise. What’s the tenants next-door? There was some banging going on over my head. It was OK. It does not get anything other than an OK maybe I should’ve given you three stars

The check in process was very smooth the front desk Clerk was very nice and informative my room was very clean and comfortable and the airport shuttle was a plus

The service could not be better. My stay was a last minute necessity due to a missed connection and rescheduled flight for the next morning but the staff made it so welcoming. I had no luggage so they gave me toiletries to make the overnight stay easier. They were helpful and kind. The room itself is dated and maintained fairly well but could definitely do with some updating! The carpet smells because it is old. The bed is comfy and everything in the bathroom works as expected. The AC unit is LOUD! It literally sounds like a helicopter. It did not impact my sleep because I was tired but it would be a problem if I was staying longer than 12 hours. Overall, this hotel served its purpose at a reasonable rate and with cookies!

The bathroom needs some love. Wallpaper peeling, and all.

Conference was held here, so very convenient stay. However, need more front desk staff. Room not cleaned until 6pm one day. Loud party in the hallway one night. Main elevator to rooms not working.

The area and the dinning options. The place smells a till old mixed with paint. Our toilet didn’t flush all the time. I would stay here again.

I had an excellent time at the double tree and the most amazing omelet ever. The pool area was clean and secured with a black iron fence surrounding it. The room (one king size bed and pull out couch bed) was spacious enough for my grand kids to come visit and be comfortable. The cleaning staff was very thorough, the front desk very accommodating and the kitchen staff was amazing. The location of the hotel being close to BWI airport with a 24 hour shuttle bus made my stay less stressful. The hotel is tucked away on a low traffic road with large trees surrounding it. Even with the hotel booked close to max capacity I was able to find a parking spot without issue.

My flight was delayed in arriving and the Double tree was able to get me a room at 1:00am. They were everything I could have wished
