A one bedroom apartment was ideal both for its size and northeast aspect. The property sits proudly on a great vibing street providing access to multiple bars and cafes. Spoilt for choice. Transport access was simply the best for up and down the eastern strip.

We had a recent 5 night stay. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful pool. The location was amazing. We will highly recommend to friends and family and we will stay there on our next visit.

A fantastic place to stay. Park the car and walk, everything you want is close by. Lovely helpful staff. Overall my husband and I had a fantastic two weeks and would highly recommend, many thanks.

Too noisy facing the tram line plus cockroaches in apartment. Washing machine didn’t work, therefore I had dripping wet clothes hung out on the balcony with no clothes stand nor line to hang them on. Luckily QLD had 3 continuous days of 32 degree weather that eventually dried my clothes and I was able to pack them away ready to take back to Sydney. A Repair Person was sent, however we were checking out when he arrived.

I thought the hotel had beach views and I was disappointed when it didn’t. Noisy at nights with all the restaurants but the hotel itself was great.

We love the Phonecian because of its location and helpful friendly staff especially Di (Lady) on reception. That was our third stay. Broadbeach is a fabulous place to holiday

Ideal location, being in the heart of Broadbeach close to the beach, shopping and all amenities.

There was no air-conditioning in the bedroom making it very hard to cool the bedroom and the bed was really soft and had a hole in the middle. Between the lack of air-conditioning and the terrible bed I didn't get a lot of sleep and wouldn't recommend staying here. Summer would be terrible there.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as it didn't live up to its 4-star rating. The bathroom and bed were outdated, and the overall condition of the room felt neglected.
The only redeeming qualities were the convenient location and ample parking. Unfortunately, these perks didn't make up for the lack of comfort and quality.

It would have been nice to have someone refill the tea bags, I was given 5-6 tea bags for my whole stay (6 days) and didnt want to buy a full box to take around. Some of the dishes were also dirty/stained. It would have been great to have someone pop through each day just for a quick vac. You are not allowed to have the aircon below 24C which I found hard as someone who runs warm, I prefer to have the aircon around 21C.
Aside from these small things it was really nice to have a laundry, balcony, ironing board, full kitchen and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and the space was much bigger and brighter than I thought. Lovely place to stay.

Great location handy to restaurants and shops. Good size 1 bedroom unit with everything you need. Nice and friendly staff at the hotel. Easy parking. Great pools and a good gym. Will stay again.

Great location with many excellent dining options right outside and ideal for our 10 night stay. Local tram network is right across the street too.
However, unfortunately our room was extremely dirty, especially the bathroom.
The sofa bed / couch had a broken arm & was extremely uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time, probably just passed its effective use by date.
The shower head broke off on the first use, it was replaced when asked, however the tradesman left black footprints all over the bath matt & in shower base.
As the hotel was fully booked, unfortunately there was no point asking for another room.
Would definitely not stay at or recommend the Phoenican Resort again.

Overall would have rated higher except the noise from a venue below was so loud it kept us awake until after midnight. This was a rest & relax weekend but with very little sleep due to the noise it spoilt the weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay, particularly the location, free parking, and nearby restaurants. The room was enormous and very clean. Just be careful as the bed was on wheels and very unstable on the vinyl floor.

Very spacious suites, loads of dining and entertainment options nearby. We stayed as was close to GCCEC for a conference. The front office team are lovely - accomodating and helpful.
The noise from the busy, partying street carries up quite a bit to the apartments and can be disruptive and hard to sleep if you are in East Tower.
