Out of hotels I stayed at in Houston this is one of my favorites.The staff provides excellent customer service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is spacious and my room was impeccably clean, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. With great amenities and a peaceful atmosphere, this hotel truly feels like a perfect retreat.

Had a bit of a room issue, but was fixed the next day.Rooms were nice and clean.Great valet guys always on time. The late night attendant was amazingly helpful ran out of wine during the night, she graciously opened up the store inside the hotel and we were able to purchase. Bar is fantastic fun bartender. All around great hotel if you’re ever in Houston,Tx.

Everything excellent. Just wish they would fix the parking garage elevator. Stayed here a couple times and still not fixed.

Wasn’t notified that I had to request room cleaning service. My room as not clean at all when I arrived and the next day I was out, the room was kept like that.

The guys at the front desk and the guys doing valet are amazing and willing to help.
My room was not clean and the bedding was very dirty with food stains and dirt all over the comforter.

We had a great time. The hotel is very nice. The people are very kind and we love the atmosphere and the location couldn’t be better. The bar with Patty is the best place to be in the afternoons. We enjoyed her conversation and her attentions very much.

We were greeted with kindness and courtesy, the staff were helpful in answering all our questions and even offered “happy birthday” shout outs to my daughter as we walked in with her birthday cake! Definitely will stay again!

The room was lovely but the shower could be updated. Also, parking is too much when staying at the hotel :$32 a night on top of the $22 fee they add each night for gym, pool and WiFi.

Lot of extra charges after fact some misleading and false advertising if you do not use pool or fitness still you will charge $22 it was advertise room include breakfast but when we get there they said we don’t provide breakfast just $10 credit I was charge $54 plus tax for breakfast parking expensive I ended up pay $150 for all extra charges and fees do not recommend this place bathroom and shower super small water pressure horrible in the shower and very uncomfortable bed

Front desk staff were great!
The elevators from the garage were not working so we had to haul our suitcases all the way from the garage to the front door. They only had one golf cart to help ferry customers from the garage and this was overwelmed

I wasn't happy with a few things. The body wash container in the shower was completely missing. I asked for it to be replaced and some small hand soaps were put on my counter instead. I ordered room service several times, most meals were fine but my beinets had a French fry on the plate. Staff was very friendly.

Staff were very nice and understanding. For the cost of a night the building needed updating. Poor cleaning practices. I had to change my room due to unfortunate circumstances and the couches were dirty in every room. My "upgraded" room was smaller than my original room and didnt have a microwave. If i didnt have plans, i would not have wanted to stay in the room all day. No shuttle to/from the airport, the shuttle onlys transports within a 2 mile radius. Again the staff was great.

It’s in the heart of the galleria area probably the best area of Houston. Hotel is kind of nice but elevators do seem a bit old and slow

Valet called his buddy when asked to call for a taxi. Was charged $95 to go to airport.

The toilet barely worked. They charge for everything even parking $32 a night. It's a really nice hotel.
