The room was comfortable and clean for a good price. The shuttle was available for airport pick up as well as transport to and from nearby restaurants. Decent breakfast. Easy to check in and out.

Good stop close to the highway, and not too far from the Baltimore lightrail.

Clean room. Shampoo pump and stuff were installed on the wall, it was convenient. Nothing to complain about the room. Free parking. We had to check out early before breakfast time, they asked if I wanted something in the morning, and they gave me a bag with some fruits and a cereal bar in it when I checked out. It was small but nice.

The room was clean. It had coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave. The rug could be cleaned. It was a little sticky in places and I had shoes on. Other than that, the room was fine. Very spacious. Couch was clean. Bed was clean. Everything was really nice. Breakfast set up was good. Food was fresh. Coffee was fresh front desk. Very helpful. I do recommend you get the non-slip bath mat that they offer. Showers were clean very well but a little slippery when it gets wet. There was a wedding party there no noise. You didn't hear anything. There were a lot of children there. Again, no noise. Must be soundproof rooms .

The front desk staff was excellent: Samantha and Dion. I selected an ADA-compliant room with a roll-in shower and plenty of bars on the wall in the bathroom. However, this is not what I had. There was only one bar on the wall by the shower head and no other bars to grip. The shower part near the floor looked dirty and needed cleaning or painting. It was very unsightly and a turn-off.

I left a bag of used clothes, tried to reach out multiple time and got one call back and said she’s gonna follow up. Waited 3days and still no follow up. I called again and asked the guy who i was talking to to speak a little louder coz my hearing is not good and he said NO! I will never recommend that hotel! Poor and unprofessional employees!

We had not added parking to our room prior to arriving on site. When we inquired about paying to park at the hotel we were told that adding parking wasn’t an option since we didn’t book it that way. When we inquired further we were told “if someone said you could do it on-site, they lied to you.” Ultimately we were permitted to pay for the parking so I am still unclear of the issue.
Outside of this interaction everyone was very friendly - specifically the shuttle drivers! Both engaging and pleasant :)

I use this hotel when I am traveling and need to catch an early flight. Staff is cordial. Hotel is quiet and provides shuttle to the airport. I leave to early in the morning and arrive too late at night to enjoy other amenities.

Hotel is nice and the kids had a good time swimming in the pool just wish they had smart tvs for the kiddos to watch what they wanted.
