We have been here for so many times. It’s good for younger kids. Not much slides but you don’t need to wait for them. My kids only like the wave pool, so it’s good for us. Can’t wait to go back.

Okay hotel, however there is a $30 charge for parking, the hotel is far from the main attractions, it says 10 minutes without traffic, it’s not a resort, the waterpark is very small, not much to do for kids or adults, it’s not worth the price, so would not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The room is surprisingly huge and clean. We had fun in the waterpark and the kids enjoyed playing in arcade.

This is my 3rd time taking my daughter there. She’s 10 and a child with complex needs due to a very rare condition and I will continue to take her there for our weekend getaways every few months so she can explore in a safe environment. She’s able to access all the attractions, the arcade room and park easily and somewhat independently. A Bonus is having a walk out from our room when she just needs to decompress and get herself some air when she’s feeling overwhelmed. The staff has always been kind, courteous, accommodating and very understanding.
I would recommend this place to anyone with or without kids with special needs.

I was having high expectations based on the images. The hotel itself is nice and the indoor arcade and water park is awesome. Had a lot of fun with family. The rooms smelled like the pool, i guess people step into their rooms with wet clothes. It was manageable after opening up the balcony door and venting out the air. The restaurants are really expensive. The coupons for the restaurants doesn't make a dent in the final amount. There are great restaurants around the hotel, suggest to check them out.

It took me over 30 minutes to get checked in, we went and got food at the Boston pizza in the hotel and the service was the slowest I’ve ever received we sat for over 15 minutes before even getting greeted, there was 2 managers on duty as well. The room was okay bedding was super uncomfortable and the tv was super tiny, the worst thing for us was how incredibly loud it was there was staff vacuuming at 8am which woke us up and you could hear anything and everything that was happening, staff wasn’t friendly what so ever I do not recommend staying here at all really felt like a huge waste of money

Simple but everything you need. Unfortunately $20 for parking on top of your room it’s not anything but a cash grab. Really nice to have Boston pizza on site.

Price was decent.
Room was not clean. Dirty stain on the blow dryer. Wall stained. Bath tub not very clean. Toilet had dirt that I needed to wipe and disinfect.

The price was great and the waterpark was fantastic for the kids. There was no hot water when we came back to shower in our room which made it very difficult for everyone. We wish check out wasn’t so early so that we could’ve had the room if we went back to the waterpark. The kids didn’t want to shower in the changerooms because they weren’t very private.

The room was clean, but the waterpark was a letdown. It seems designed for children under 6, so if you're picking this hotel for the waterpark and have kids over 7, it's not the best choice considering the price.

The water park is small but great for kids 12 and under and it was clean. They had the retractable roof open so it wasn't super hot inside and didn't smell like chlorine. No likes for water slides. My kids had a blast.
Hotel is about 10 mins drive to the falls. Walking distance to Wendy's, supermarket, and Tim Hortons. Outside they have bounce house, playground, swings, grills and full court basketball court. Parking is 25CAD per night. Our family had a good stay and would definitely go again.

Very nice place to stay. Only drawback was parts of the water park were closed. They told us ahead of time so it wasn’t a surprise and gave us free day passes to make up for it, if we were to go back. Really nice place

It was an ok place. Water park was fun but on the smaller side. Front desk staff at che k in wasn't super friendly.
Breakfast buffet was over priced and nothing special. We will be staying at a hoyel in Nigeria next time for the bigger waterpark and more convenient.

The pool staff it’s terrible! I was there for 3 night & 4 days I have 2 kids 12 and 7, at first they were exited about the water park but after the first day they didn’t want to go back the pool staff is rude they scream at the children and they are extremely rude, kids can’t even ask a question without being screamed at

Our Bag was stolen from the Waterpark area. Our 3 cell phones, wallet (lots of cash, cards) and car keys stolen. The stuffs were not helpful at all. Not safe there anymore. Never going back there agaun.

Very old building, the waterfall park was not in usable conditions as well as it looking nothing than the pictures. The rooms don’t even have shampoo and conditioner it’s just a shower gel than they say its a 3 in 1 but that does not true. In the breakfast buffet, the French toast and pancakes where very stale as if they where two or three days old. Way too expensive for the quality we received.

I like the convenience of having the water park and other amenities for the children on the property. The house keeping staff was very receptive and polite, however the front desk staff was not too receptive or friendly.
