Great apartments

Thoroughly Enjoyed our stay here amazingly had all the facilities and was perfect for a family. Highly rate the facilities this hotel has to offer for the affordable price . Will be back

The property was reasonably clean but the room was dated and needed renovation

I have stayed here a few times now. Great rates, reception is lovely and we love the the spa in the room experience. The property is old but comfortable and clean. We always like staying here

Convenient location and clean. A little aged although for the price it was perfect.

Great location not far from the centre of surfers. The room was very spacious and had everything we required. The room was reasonably clean but did have some mould in shower and on roof throughout apartment and cobwebs with dead spiders in them .

Clean, comfortable, rooms are a good size, kitchen with full sized fridge very useful. Bathroom dated but works as a bathroom should. Staff helpful and remembered my son from our last trip. The views are the best for me. Will stay there again when next on the GC.

Convenient supermarket close by. Beautiful view from room. A bit noisy from traffic especially Friday and Saturday nights. Lounge was very dirty. Room could do with a deep clean.

We where so disappointed in this property I new it was not top end but it was run down and smelt musty we where meant to be there for 4 night but checked out after 1 beds where uncomfortable furniture was old and musty. I had to book us in to another accommodation so I lost my money and had to pay the extra for new sleeping arrangements worked out to be a very expensive weekend.

We booked two bed room apartment but only have ONE car space(Paid), it's difficult to park another car outside.

Well located and some great views from the room. Would recommend parking there as it is tricky for visitors to find parking nearby. We booked for 5 people and while it wasnt clear from the photos online we assumed there was enough bedding. It turned out to be a single room apartment with a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge room. We only found out the double sofa became a bed in the morning (no instructions or comms). Our daughter slept in the window sill. There wasnt enough blankets so we ran the a/c all night.

Look, for less than $50 per person, per night you can’t expect much. The staff are lovely, the rooms are really clean. But the property is very old and very dated. Other guests can be very noisy too, seems popular as a cheap bed for night clubbers. Central location but also noisy due to location.

It was a nice place to stay with beautiful view. Staff was friendly and property was nice and clean.

The staff were prompt to assist with restocking our dish washing powder, bin liners, toilet paper and assist with Wi-Fi connectivity. The room had a beautiful view of the river and was a short walking distance to groceries, transport and Surfers Paradise beach. The only downside was the noise from the traffic below during the evenings. Other than that our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. Thank you to the Team!

Very outdated a in desperate need of repairs. Examples include non functioning Air-conditioner, interior door and security latch on main entrance. During our stay we had 3 occasions when cockroaches we found. The room configurations are confusing and the bathroom/spa/shower combo is like something you would see in a porn film in the 70's. The rest of the room looked like a diy handyman had come through to band-aid what they could. Property would be good for schoolies looking to party with accommodation coming second, would not recommend for families or anyone that wants a good nights rest.

Was a great price and suited our needs for the night.

The best thing about this place is the area around it, it is walking distance to the beach and has many reasturants around. I feel this place can have better hygiene.

Great location and good views from our room. We would definitely return in future. Gold Coast traffic did not make it quick to get to, Someone had taken the tv remote batteries and some wear and tear but all good - staff were great.

This is an older style motel and unfortunately needs a good upgrade. There is only 1 aircon to cool/heat the entire unit, there were lights not working and those that did work, the lighting was terrible. We found that this motel was very noisy, again, being an older style motel. We stayed for 2 nights and on return to our room after being out in the morning, our door was open, assuming the cleaners had been and realised we were not vacating so they left our room as it was and did not close the door after themselves. This motel only supplied 2 very thin blankets, if you get cold, bring your own doona or blanket! The beds are uncomfortable and small. Again, older style. All in all, with this motel, you get what you pay for, it’s not flash, but is ok for a quick stopover, definitely wouldn’t recommend for a holiday apartment.

I booked for the adults and a child and the bed for the child wasn’t made up. The shower door wouldn’t close. Disappointed for the price. Very noisey. Hard to sleep.
