We had 4 nights in a very comfortable 2 brm sea view unit (needs seaview as there is construction on the other side) A great place with fabulous pools & private beach such fun for kids.Scrumtious Thai Restaurant attached to Hotel - a must! Very handy to Surfers. Close to Seaworld. Good Staff

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I loved it so coming back again wasn’t a disappointment it was amazing and will always recommend crown mantra towers to anyone else. The staff are amazing and friendly.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed, a little dated but still functional and worthwhile.
Excellent proximity to public transport and the air show.
The construction next door was not an issue.

This was the worse property I have stayed at, right from arrival WiFi did not work, numerous conversations with reception about this to be told on our checkout the transformer had blown up a couple of weeks earlier and waiting for it to be repairs. The toilet kept running on and the air-conditioning knob kept falling off so unable to change temperature. With all of this we were never offered to be moved. I will not be going back to this resort again!!

The apartment we received was not cleaned properly. The shower head in shower was not in good condition, very lose just feel like about to break. Plus water was not coming out from it too. Carpet was not vacuumed property. Not enough applices in kitchen. Kitchen stove was very dirty. Had parki g issues as well. The parking sport we received was very hard to park the car. Will not recommend to anyone.

The hotel was amazing! Great location, short walk to the beach and restaurants. The apartments were very spacious and had everything we needed. Really recommend this hotel!

Apartment is a bit dated, and few minor issues like leaking tap, lose tap, and tile floor felt a bit oily. Overall still quite clean though, beds are comfortable, aircon unit pretty solid. Lovely view from the balcony. The best thing is the pool facilities, my son just loved every minute of playing in allt he 3 different pools. Location is quite central, would recommend, esp for young families! Pricing is also reasonable.

We have been coming to this hotel for 18 years, it has never failed us. Always clean and tidy and the amenities are fantastic.

The apartment needed some updating for the shower as the grout was dirty and mouldy. The base of the shower was the same as wet the door seal
Vacuuming was needed under coffee tables and dining table and chairs

I think we have found our perfect place, after staying in so many hotels/apartments over the years. The location is wonderful, it’s quiet, and the apartments are very comfortable. It also has great pools. Overall, the Mantra’s architectural design, combined with the art works and human touch creates a very joyful and peaceful atmosphere.

Had such a lovely stay, the staff were amazing and the pool area was great for kids. Only dislike was the internet offered aaa very weak and we ended uo using a lot of our data for the kids to watch movies or anything of night time

We had a great stay here, the appartments are exactly what you need for a family holiday. The hotel decor is dated however none of that is an issue overall. The staff were all great to deal with and very helpful. We had a small electrical issue with the rage hood that could have been very dangerous however staff attended to this promptly. Highly recommend the Thai restaurant at ground level of the building! All 3 pools were fantastic for the kids, cash only at the kiosk so be prepared, has all that you need while travelling for food, coffee and kids pool needs! Overall a great affordable apartment complex for a family holiday.

Property situated in central spot, easy to get around, pool area lovely, apartments clean and spacious but becoming dated for the price. Not very happy that returned to room to find tradesman working without any consultation to us.

We really enjoyed the room, I would have thought staying for 5 nights that the cleaners would have come even 1 time and cleaned and given fresh towels. I thought hiring towels for the pool is something new to us. Never have we had to do that before. And the doors are hard to open and close been the sort of doors they are. They really need a handle or something on them. I will say the room was clean and they did go out of their way to make sure the bed was soft due to myself suffering back pain. Will for sure return.

We loved our stay! The hotel room was a little run down but the cleanliness was great and it was perfect for our family. The service was amazing and the staff were kind and friendly.
The only things I would mention for others.
*The Wifi is very weak.
*There is no Sky or streaming so bring a device that can connect (via cable, Chromecast does not work due to the sign in on the Wifi) to the TV.
* Bring your own soap, theirs is gorgeous but locked in place at the sink and in the shower, so if you want to use their big bath you need your own.
These are no way deal breakers! We still give the Mantra Crown a 5 star, as it was perfect for us and we had an amazing stay!!

Smokers - no smoking on balconies and no seated smoking area, there is a set of stairs down to the footpath that makes you feel real classy.
Thai restaurant on site - beautiful food! Their website doesn’t show take away but they do takeaway!

Stayed in a two bedroom ocean view room - while the room was a little dated it was HUGE for the price and very clean. Nice view and very easy walk to Cavill without being too close. Kids loved the pool and easy walk to patrolled beach.

Good facilities, but really an apartment with no frills. Can get a proper hotel for same money.
Staff were nice. Property was clean although lots of our room was falling apart. Handles and windows and other furnishings were just tired and old.
