It was our first week-end away without the kids, the service was excellent and the room is clean an confy.

We come here annually and love everything about this hotel and it’s surrounding areas. The staff are always welcoming and ready to help their clients.

High quality motel for the price, loved the fact I could charge the car. The biggest disappointment was the lack of breakfast on site, but the place they recommend (Tutti Fruiti) is very good.

Nothing for VIP status. No room upgrade. I was informed the hotel manager was hosting one of their friends weddings at the venue. They hosted their wedding dinner at the restaurant within the hotel with loud music and celebrations without booking the entire venue. We waited 45 minutes for food, two missed menu items and no drinks or cutlery for 30 minutes. Spa and pool were overflowing with wedding guests being loud and belligerent. Thanks to the wedding, i lost my parking spot at the hotel and staff advised me to “just park on the street, you shouldn't get a ticket”. Unprofessional, would not recommend.

Property wasnt bad. But service was not upto par. First day we entered our room A/c didnt work properly. Then we moved to second room, it wasnt bad but shower curtain kept on falling so had to fix myself. Secondly kept the card for cleaning but when we came room wasnt clean. So for the price we paid it wasnt recommending.

The room wasn’t great. A/C would only come on for a few seconds at a time and would then turn off. It was also very noisy. Room was stuffy as a result. Also, I couldn’t get my shower to work. Water was either boiling hot or really cold….no in between.

The bed was very comfortable & shower pressure excellent. I have a few negatives: 1) the air conditioner was noisy which made sleeping difficult; & 2) no coffee creamers just powder & very few coffee pods. It would be nice for restaurant to be open for breakfast.

We liked the ease of parking and spa.
We checked in at 11:30pm. When we got there the front desk had me call out my credit card out loud. He could have take it and written it out himself. In the room there was 2 decaf pods. I called them in the morning for two regular coffee pods, I was told to come to the front desk and get the pods. The next morning I asked for tea, they said to buy tea bags from the restaurant, the restaurant was closed.

Great front desk team. Have stayed at this hotel several times for work. The restaurant has great food and service and amenities are great.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone cisiting Gatineau :)
