Our stay was perfect very welcoming and accomodating.
We had a high chair and travel cot in the appartment on arrival.
Everything we needed was there.
Fantastic reception staff.
Great daytime bar for food and drinks. Very well priced. Perfect for a family holiday. Very safe for children. Would highly reccomend

We checked in online before arrival and arrived close to midnight, then discovered that the “villa” was on two floors and the bedroom was upstairs and our 11 year old daughter was supposed to sleep downstairs in the living room on a sofa bed.
It would have been better if there would have been a small bed upstairs so she could be with us, cause downstairs there were many cockroaches (alive and dead). Around the sofabead were also many used nicotine pads from previous guests.
The air conditioning upstairs is very good, good balcony and the pool area is nice. Also good to have a washing machine.
The staff was annoyed when I asked about having my daughter on the ground floor alone, but reacted quickly when we told them that the shower didn’t work.

Really happy with my family stay at Las Claveles, laid back and calm atmosphere, excellent and helpful staff in the hotel and in the bar and restaurant,
Beer and food in the pool bar always delicious and very reasonably priced,
Complex is a bit older and that can show around the the hotel and rooms but that can be forgiven for how excellent the prices are for the stay, food and drink (I've stayed in a lot more expensive 4 - 5 star Hotels in Tenerife and have had a fair less enjoyable stay than I had in Los Claveles, standard of food and pleasantness of staff is 5 star here)
I would highly recommend for anyone on a budget, looking at a last minute deal or just wants a generally relaxing and nice break away, particularly if you are already familiar with Los Cristianos

Not enough power points , had to keep plugging/unplugging appliances to charge devices.
The fridge wasn't the best, difficult to place pop/milk/water in -kept forcing retaining bar out???
Also lots of stairs which was really difficult for my wife who had mobility scooter. We had emailed them 2 weeks prior to arrival about this issue, but received no reply.
That said, they did their upmost once we arrived & our property only had 17 steps, still difficult for my partner, but able to cope. Staff very friendly

Our family was staying at Ona los Claveles for one week. Everything worked as expected, the pool area was great and the staff was super polite and professional. Couple of negatives come from noisy restaurant and a bit unfinished cleaning when arrived.

Long time since we have stayed here was in our timeshare days. Apartments now dated needs a refurbishment. Staff fine food good in the bar/ restaurant. Just a chill out few days.

The rooms are lovely spacious and clean. Great balcony. Pool very clean and big. The staff are excellent and friendly. Pete and Stacey at the pool bar are lovely people and will take good care of you. Chef does great food and selection at pool bar

Lovely apartment overlooking the pool. Pool area very clean and plenty of space for all. Excellent pool bar with good selection of food and drinks and happy hours. Close to various bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach area.

Very pleasant stay for a couple and surprised it had everything you needed. Apartment with kitchenette, utensils etc. Cleaners came every couple of days to make the beds, change towels and a quick clean.
The property was basic however, in a good condition and you get what you par for. This was a cheap price for the area.
Reception staff were warm, approachable and offered beach/pool towels on arrival, ordered taxi's when asked and they arrived fairly quickly. A bonus is there is a bar, restaurant and small shop on site so arguably you wouldn't have to leave if that's your thing.
The location is a small walk from local bars, restaurants and 10 mins from the beach. A few hills to climb but we used the electric scooters using an app for a couple of euros and you could leave near the hotel.
One thing we noticed were that a lot of the properties were time share so lots of people come back annually and knew one another around the pool.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in the future.

The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed. The hotel is in a good location with bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away, and 20 mins walk to the beach. The staff were all lovely, the bar was well stocked (and their homemade burgers were delicious!). The pool area was well maintained, and the hotel itself had a quiet, family oriented atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing break!

Good value spacious studio apartment. Well-equipped kitchen, free air-con, ceiling fan, TV with many UK terrestrial channel (BBC1/2, ITV, Channel 4/5). Nice well-maintained pool area, friendly helpful staff, 15 minute walk into town and beaches. Very clean.

Very friendly staff both in management and cleaning staff. Pool excellent with a very pleasant efficient life guard called Santiago. Bar restaurant good and afternoon music by live performers at pool bar excellent. Would not hesitate to come back here again.

We loved the hotel, it is very pretty, very clean and well maintained, and quiet too. The rooms are small, but have everything you need for a pleasant and a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly. We had couple of requests which were handled right away. We appreciated a lot the on-site free parking. We loved the location of the hotel too. It is not in a busy part of the city, and in less than 5mins drive you can be to the port and downtown. We would love to go back to Los Cristianos, and would book the same place without hesitation. Thank you to all the staff!
